河南省中职院校人才培养特色研究

【摘要】:我国现阶段教育发展的重要目标是普及高中阶段教育。河南省主要是通过发展中职教育的途径完成这一重大目标的实现,由于河南省受人口发展因素和经济发展因素的影响,一方面目前河南省中职院校的招生规模不断扩大、在校生数逐年增长;另一方面现阶段河南省中职院校人才培养特色并没有凸显出来,人才培养质量明显与社会的实际需求相差悬殊;这种现象的存在必然会导致中职院校在招生数量与培养质量间的失衡,必然会影响到中职教育的发展。质量是中职教育发展的生命,特色是中职教育发展的源动力,人才培养特色建设是中职院校提高教育质量,丰富中职教育内涵,发展中职教育特色的关键,也是培养高素质中等技能型人才的根本保证。一直以来,加强中职院校特色内涵建设是我们关注的焦点,《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020)》中再度把加强职业教育特色校建设予以强调,足以说明目前我国职业院校特色建设的重要性。而当前河南正处于发展中职教育的关键时期,人才培养特色作为中职院校特色建设的主要内容,更应当成为我省当前中职教育研究的重要课题之一。 本文采用文献研究法、问卷调查法和访谈研究法,以河南省五所中职院校为研究对象,开展我省中职院校人才培养特色的建设研究。首先,从中职院校人才培养特色的现实意义出发,论证加强中职院校人才培养特色建设的迫切性。中职院校人才培养特色建设既是中职生全面发展的需要,中职院校自身发展的需要,也是中职教育适应市场经济发展的需要。其次,全面系统地对中职院校人才培养特色的内涵进行了解读。主要对体现中职院校人才培养特色的六个方面—人才培养目标特色、课程特色、教学特色、“双师型”教师特色、人文教育特色和创业教育特色的内涵做出探析和释义。第三,结合问卷调查、访谈的第一手资料,对河南省五所中职院校人才培养特色的现状、存在的问题及成因进行系统的分析。通过调查分析,不难发现,河南省中职院校人才培养特色建设中主要存在以下问题:人才培养目标不够准确;课程建设不够合理,课程标准较泛化,与实际需求脱节,,课程内容交叉重复多等;教学内容滞后,教学方法陈旧,实习实训设备和场地不足,实验设备差、技术落后问题比较严重;“双师型”教师短缺,师资力量薄弱,教师教学任务重,教师结构不合理现象突出;对学生的人文教育不够重视,学生人文素质差;创业教育基础薄弱,创业劲力不足。第四,简单介绍国外发达国家中职人才培养的特色。如,德国、澳大利亚、英国中职院校人才培养特色的比较,总结了国外发达国家在人才培养特色上所采取的措施,诸如培养目标以职业能力为本位、注重实践教学、注重校内外教育资源的整合、重视学校与企业的沟通、充分发挥行业主导作用、采用资格认定标准以确保人才培养质量等措施,以资借鉴。最后,针对河南省中职院校人才培养特色建设中存在的主要问题,从中职院校人才培养特色建设的外部强化和内部提升两大方面,系统地阐述了中职院校人才培养特色建设的思路和建议。
[Abstract]:The important goal of the current education development in China is to popularize the high school stage education. The main part of Henan province is to achieve this important goal through the way of developing middle-grade education, because of the influence of the population development factor and the economic development factor of Henan province, on the one hand, the enrollment scale of the secondary vocational college in Henan province is expanding, and the number of students is increasing year by year; On the other hand, the characteristics of the talent cultivation in the middle-and-secondary schools in Henan province are not obvious, the quality of the personnel training is obviously different from the actual demand of the society, the existence of this phenomenon will inevitably lead to the imbalance between the number of enrollment and the quality of the cultivation of the secondary vocational colleges, The development of medium-level education is bound to be affected. The quality is the life of the development of middle-grade education. The characteristic is the motive force of the development of medium-grade education. The construction of the characteristic of the personnel training is the key to the improvement of the quality of education, the connotation of the middle-grade education, the development of the characteristics of the middle-grade education, and the fundamental guarantee for cultivating the high-quality and medium-quality talents. Since the long time, strengthening the construction of the characteristic connotation of the secondary vocational college is the focus of our attention, once again, the emphasis on strengthening the construction of the vocational education characteristic school is sufficient to explain the importance of the characteristic construction of the vocational college in our country. At present, Henan is in the critical period of developing the secondary vocational education, and the talent cultivation characteristic is the main content of the characteristic construction of the secondary vocational college, and it should be one of the most important subjects of the current research on the secondary vocational education in our province. This paper adopts the literature research method, the questionnaire survey method and the interview research method, and takes five vocational colleges in Henan province as the research object, and carries out the construction and research of the talent training characteristic of the middle vocational college in our province. First, from the practical significance of the characteristics of the talent cultivation of the vocational college, it is necessary to demonstrate the urgent need of strengthening the characteristic of the talent training in the secondary vocational college. The construction of the talent training features of the secondary vocational colleges is both the need of the overall development of the secondary vocational and secondary vocational colleges, the needs of the development of the secondary vocational colleges, and the need to adapt the secondary vocational education to the development of the market economy. Secondly, the connotation of the characteristics of the talent training in the middle-and-secondary vocational colleges and universities is fully and systematically studied. This article mainly analyses and explains the characteristics of the target, the characteristics of the course, the characteristics of the teaching, the characteristics of the "double-teacher type", the characteristics of the humanistic education and the characteristics of the education of the starting-up education. The third, in combination with the questionnaire and the first-hand information of the interview, the present situation, the existing problems and the causes of the personnel training features of the five middle vocational schools in Henan Province are divided Through the investigation and analysis, it is not difficult to find out that the following problems exist in the construction of the talent training features of the middle-and-secondary vocational colleges in Henan province: the target of the personnel training is not accurate, the course construction is not reasonable, the curriculum standard is more extensive, and the content of the course content is more and more repeated. The teaching content is lagging, the teaching method is old, the practice training equipment and the field are not enough, the experimental equipment is poor, the technical backward problem is serious, the "double-teacher type" teacher is short, the teachers are weak, the teacher's teaching task is heavy, the teacher's structure is unreasonable It is not necessary to pay attention to the humanistic education of the students, and the students' humanistic quality is poor; the foundation of the entrepreneurship education is weak, and the starting-up force does not Foot. Fourth, brief introduction of foreign developed country's talent training in the middle-class In the light of the comparison of the characteristics of the talents in the vocational colleges in Germany, Australia and the United Kingdom, the measures taken by the developed countries in the characteristics of personnel training are summarized, such as the target of the training target, the professional ability as the standard, the focus on the practice teaching, the emphasis on the integration of the education resources inside and outside the school In combination, pay attention to the communication between the school and the enterprise, give full play to the leading role of the industry, adopt the qualification criteria to ensure the quality of personnel training and other measures, so as to borrow Finally, aiming at the main problems existing in the construction of the talent training features of the middle-and-secondary vocational colleges in Henan, the paper systematically expounds the train of thought and the construction of the feature-building of the talent training in the middle-and-secondary vocational colleges from the aspects of the external strengthening and the internal improvement of the talent-training features of the vocational colleges and universities.
