幼儿园生活活动中的师幼互动研究

【摘要】:师幼互动是影响幼儿各方面发展的重要因素,它能促进幼儿社会性的形成和发展,尤其是对情感适应以及人际关系等方面均有重要作用。近些年,关于师幼互动的研究越来越多,但大多数研究都是集中在教育活动中的师幼互动,关于生活活动中的师幼互动的研究却很少。幼儿恰恰是通过生活活动中的师幼互动养成良好的生活习惯、形成良好的师幼关系,所以对生活活动中的师幼互动进行研究是非常有必要的。笔者研究的是幼儿园生活活动中的师幼互动,旨在唤起教师对生活活动中师幼互动的重视,反思并改进自己的互动方式,促进幼儿的健康发展。 本研究运用了非参与式观察法并配合访谈法,本研究共分为五个部分。 第一部分为导论部分。包括选题的缘起、价值、相关的研究综述、核心概念的界定以及研究方法 第二部分是幼儿园生活活动中师幼互动的价值与特点。 第三部分是幼儿园生活活动中的师幼互动类型,笔者从教师发起的师幼互动和幼儿发起的师幼互动两方面进行分类。 第四部分是对幼儿园生活活动中师幼互动的现状分析。 第五部分为幼儿园形成良好师幼互动的策略分析。
[Abstract]:Teacher-child interaction is an important factor affecting the development of children in all aspects. It can promote the formation and development of children's sociality, especially in the aspects of emotional adaptation and interpersonal relations. There are more and more studies on teacher-child interaction, but most of the studies are focused on teacher-child interaction in educational activities. There are few studies on teacher-child interaction in life activities. It is precisely through teacher-child interaction in life activities that children form good habits of life and form good teacher-child relationships. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the teacher-child interaction in life activities. The author studies the teacher-child interaction in kindergarten life activities, in order to arouse teachers' attention to teacher-child interaction in life activities. Reflect on and improve their own way of interaction to promote the healthy development of young children. This study is divided into five parts using non-participatory observation and interview. The first part is the introduction, including the origin, value, related research review, the definition of core concepts and research methods. The second part is the value and characteristics of teacher-child interaction in kindergarten life activities. The third part is about the types of teacher-child interaction in kindergarten life activities. The author classifies the teacher-child interaction and the teacher-child interaction from two aspects: the teacher-child interaction and the teacher-child interaction. The 4th part is an analysis of the current situation of teacher-child interaction in kindergarten life activities. The 5th part is the strategy analysis of forming good teacher-child interaction in kindergarten.
