园本课程开发视域下幼儿教师专业发展研究

【摘要】:近年来,伴随基础教育课改的不断深入,幼儿园课程的“园本化”现象日趋明显,越来越多的幼儿园开始开发园本课程。园本课程开发是结合幼儿园和当地资源,以幼儿园为基地,课程专家、教研人员、教师、家长等共同参与的,制定园本课程目标、选择课程内容、组织教学和评价的一系列实践过程。园本课程开发确立了教师的主体地位,为幼儿教师的专业发展提供了机遇和挑战。课程开发要求教师具有更高的专业水平,教师亟需通过课程开发得到专业发展。因此在园本课程开发视域下,探讨教师专业发展问题,具有重大的理论价值和实践意义。本研究基于幼儿教师专业发展的背景,以园本课程开发为视域,探讨课程开发中幼儿教师专业发展的现状,分析存在的问题,通过园本课程开发提出促进教师专业发展的策略,从而推进幼儿教师专业发展的进程,提高幼儿园教育教学质量。 本论文围绕园本课程开发视域下幼儿教师专业发展的问题展开,共分五部分。 第一部分为导论,主要阐述了本研究的研究缘起、研究意义、研究现状、研究思路、研究方法。在总结前人相关研究的基础上,结合实际观察,对“幼儿园课程”、“园本课程开发”、“幼儿教师专业发展”核心概念进行界定。 第二部探讨园本课程开发和幼儿教师专业发展的关系。阐述了园本课程开发为幼儿教师专业发展提供机遇,是教师专业发展的有效途径,同时,,教师专业发展也是保障园本课程开发的重要前提。 第三部分通过对鞍山市X幼儿园的园长和教师的访谈和问卷调查,了解在园本课程开发中幼儿教师专业发展的现状。 第四部分总结园本课程开发中存在的问题并分析原因。 第五部分探讨在园本课程开发视域下,促进幼儿教师专业发展的策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of the curriculum reform of basic education, the phenomenon of "kindergarten based curriculum" becomes more and more obvious. More and more kindergartens begin to develop the kindergarten curriculum, which is based on the combination of kindergarten and local resources. With kindergarten as the base, curriculum experts, teaching and research staff, teachers, parents, etc., to work out the garden-based curriculum objectives and to select the curriculum content, Organizing a series of practical processes of teaching and evaluation. The curriculum development of the garden has established the teacher's main position, has provided the opportunity and the challenge for the professional development of the preschool teacher, the curriculum development request the teacher to have the higher specialized level, It is urgent for teachers to get professional development through curriculum development. Therefore, it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to explore the problem of teachers' professional development from the perspective of kindergarten curriculum development. This study is based on the background of preschool teachers' professional development. This paper discusses the present situation of preschool teachers' professional development in curriculum development, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward the strategies to promote teachers' professional development through the development of garden based curriculum, so as to promote the process of preschool teachers' professional development. Improve the quality of kindergarten education and teaching. This thesis focuses on the professional development of kindergarten teachers from the perspective of curriculum development, which is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly elaborated the research origin, the research significance, the research present situation, the research thought, the research method. The core concepts of "kindergarten curriculum", "kindergarten curriculum development" and "preschool teacher professional development" are defined. The second part discusses the relationship between the development of kindergarten curriculum and the professional development of kindergarten teachers. It expounds that the development of kindergarten curriculum provides opportunities for the professional development of kindergarten teachers, which is an effective way for teachers' professional development, and at the same time, Teachers' professional development is also an important prerequisite to ensure the development of garden-based curriculum. The third part through the interview and questionnaire survey to the kindergarten head and teachers of Anshan X kindergarten to understand the current situation of preschool teachers' professional development in the development of kindergarten curriculum. The fourth part summarizes the problems existing in the course development and analyzes the reasons. The fifth part discusses the strategies to promote the professional development of preschool teachers from the perspective of garden-based curriculum development.
