山西省幼儿园骨干教师专业能力发展研究

【摘要】:幼儿园教师专业化水平的高低成为影响幼儿教育质量的一个关键因素。幼儿园教师的专业发展包括幼儿园教师的专业理念与师德、幼儿园教师的专业知识,以及幼儿园教师的专业能力。其中,专业能力是幼儿园教师专业化发展在教育实践中的集中体现,它直接影响着幼儿园的保教质量和幼儿的发展。最新出台的《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》(以下简称《专业标准》),在专业能力方面提出,,幼儿园教师应该具备七大专业能力。 本文以《专业标准》中提到的七大专业能力为基础,自编《山西省幼儿园骨干教师专业能力发展抽样调查问卷》,对山西省幼儿园骨干教师专业能力发展的现状进行抽样研究。 通过分析,我们发现山西省幼儿园骨干教师普遍能意识到专业能力发展的重要性,但是其在专业能力发展方面还是存在一些问题。这些问题的存在与幼儿园教师自身、幼儿园园方及社会的发展有关。 通过对存在的问题进行分析,本文提出了:建立幼儿园教师专业认同;锻炼反思能力;树立终生学习的良好意识;提升幼儿园环境质量;建立促进幼儿园教师专业发展的规章制度;提升幼儿园园长的领导能力;加大财政投入,确保幼儿园教师专业能力发展的条件;完善幼教师资格制度,强化对幼儿园教师专业能力的考核;优化培训方式,提高培训质量等建议。以期为山西省幼儿园骨干教师专业能力的发展提供可行性的建议。
[Abstract]:The professional level of kindergarten teachers has become a key factor affecting the quality of preschool education.Kindergarten teachers' professional development includes kindergarten teachers' professional ideas and ethics, kindergarten teachers' professional knowledge, and kindergarten teachers' professional ability.Among them, professional ability is the concentrated embodiment of kindergarten teachers' professional development in educational practice, which directly affects the quality of kindergarten care and the development of children.The newly issued "Professional Standard for Kindergarten Teachers (trial)" (hereinafter referred to as "Professional Standard") puts forward that kindergarten teachers should have seven professional abilities.Based on the seven major professional abilities mentioned in "Professional Standards", this paper makes a sampling study on the present situation of professional competence development of key kindergarten teachers in Shanxi Province by compiling a sample questionnaire on the development of professional competence of key kindergarten teachers in Shanxi Province.Through analysis, we find that the backbone teachers in Shanxi Province can generally realize the importance of professional ability development, but there are still some problems in their professional ability development.The existence of these problems is related to the development of kindergarten teachers themselves, kindergarten teachers and society.Through the analysis of the existing problems, this paper puts forward the following points: to establish professional identity of kindergarten teachers; to exercise reflective ability; to establish a good awareness of lifelong learning; to improve the quality of kindergarten environment;To establish rules and regulations to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers; to enhance the leadership ability of kindergarten directors; to increase financial investment to ensure the conditions for the professional development of kindergarten teachers; to improve the qualification system for kindergarten teachers;Strengthen the assessment of kindergarten teachers' professional ability, optimize the training methods, improve the quality of training and other suggestions.With a view to providing feasible suggestions for the development of professional ability of key kindergarten teachers in Shanxi Province.
