新入园幼儿祖辈的分离焦虑研究

【摘要】:随着改革开放的深入,年轻一代工作与生活压力渐增,使“隔代教育”逐步从农村扩展至城市,祖辈在孙辈养育中的作用不断增加。但由于祖辈自身存在天然弱点,祖辈在面临孙辈新入园时的分离焦虑“因情而增”,这正成为一种普遍现象。为缓解幼儿的分离焦虑,提升教师工作效率并弥合幼儿家庭中因为“隔代教育”所产生的家庭矛盾,有必要对此展开研究。本次研究采用了案例研究、观察和调查问卷等方法。在综合分析的基础上,梳理出祖辈分离焦虑的五种人群特性及行为表现,即权威型祖辈、溺爱型祖辈、固执型祖辈、求助型祖辈和冲动型祖辈。然后,通过分析影响新入园幼儿祖辈分离焦虑的因素,如年龄、受教育程度、职业、生活习惯、带养时间和家庭带养模式,基于幼儿入园的不同分期,针对五种类型的祖辈分离焦虑提出了供大家尝试的缓解方法。最后,研究还提出了缓解新入园幼儿祖辈的分离焦虑的应对原则,即从幼儿入园前开始就要用心观察,认真准备;在幼儿入园后的初期、中期,甚至在入园后的第一个学年中都不能掉以轻心,发现问题,及时应对,要从换位思考的角度去体会祖辈带养的不易,以将心比心的真诚去缓解祖辈们心中的疑惑与担忧。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, the pressure of work and life of the younger generation is increasing, which makes the "intergenerational education" gradually expand from rural areas to cities, and the role of grandparents in the upbringing of grandchildren is increasing. However, due to the natural weaknesses of their grandparents, the separation anxiety of their grandparents in the face of their grandchildren 'new entry into the garden is "increased because of emotion", which is becoming a common phenomenon. In order to alleviate the separation anxiety of children, improve the efficiency of teachers and bridge the family contradictions caused by "intergenerational education" in children's families, it is necessary to carry out research on this. In this study, case studies, observations and questionnaires were used. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, this paper combs out five kinds of population characteristics and behavior performance of ancestral separation anxiety, namely authoritative ancestor, indulgent ancestor, persistent ancestor, seeking ancestor and impulsive ancestor. Then, through the analysis of the factors that affect the separation anxiety of the ancestors of the newly admitted children, such as age, education level, occupation, living habits, care time and family rearing mode, based on the different stages of the children entering the school, Aiming at five types of ancestral separation anxiety, this paper puts forward some methods to alleviate the anxiety. Finally, the study also puts forward the coping principles to alleviate the separation anxiety of the ancestors of the new children, that is, we should observe and prepare carefully from the beginning before the children enter the garden. In the early, middle and even the first school year after children enter the school, they should not take it lightly, find problems, deal with them in a timely manner, and realize that it is not easy for their ancestors to raise them from the point of view of thinking of others. To compare their hearts to the sincerity to alleviate the doubts and worries in the hearts of their ancestors.
