专科层次学前教师教育人才培养模式的构建

【摘要】:人才培养模式主要是规定和规范"培养什么样的人和怎样培养人的问题"。幼儿师范专科学校作为培养学前教育教师的高等专科学校,作为高等教育发展中的一个类型,探索并构建以工学结合为切入点的人才培养模式,培养适应社会发展和学前教育发展需要的幼儿教师是办学的关键。文章在研究教师教育发展趋势的基础上,提出了构建"校·园合作共同体,以专长引领幼师生全面发展"的学前教育教师人才培养新模式,并阐述了其内涵,对培养学前教育人才有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:The mode of talent training is mainly to stipulate and standardize "what kind of people to cultivate and how to cultivate people". As a type of higher school in the development of higher education, preschool normal college is a type of higher education. It is the key to run a school to explore and construct a talent training model based on the combination of work and study, and to train preschool teachers to meet the needs of social development and the development of preschool education. On the basis of studying the development trend of teacher education, this paper puts forward a new mode of cultivating preschool teachers' talents by constructing "school garden cooperation community and leading the all-round development of young teachers and students with expertise", and expounds its connotation, which has certain guiding significance for the cultivation of preschool education talents.
