【摘要】:近些年,关于城市化与生态环境协调发展方面的研究已逐渐成为热点,目前我国正处于城市化加速发展时期,但城市化率仍远低于欧美发达国家,随着科学技术的发展以及生活水平的提高,各界对生态环境问题方面的重视度越来越高,居民对生活环境也有了进一步的要求,而我国目前的生态赤字正在逐渐扩大,如何在维持稳速发展的同时进一步改善现有环境状态成为我们面临的巨大问题。在这种情况下,实现城市化与生态环境的协调发展是解决目前生态危机的有效途径。本文站在吉林中部城市群的发展需求角度上,为实现城市化与生态环境的优化、协调发展而展开一系列研究,同时借鉴国内外的相关研究基础以及重要理论,以2005年到2014年的统计数据为基础,根据数据的可获得性以及前人的经验从城市化和生态环境两个方面分别构建指标体系,最终确定城市化由14个指标构成,生态环境系统由9个指标构成,同时运用熵值法确定指标体系的权重,根据相关模型计算研究区的城市化分值、生态环境分值,并从人口城市化、经济城市化、生活城市化、空间城市化四个方面对城市化的水平进行综合评价,在城市化方面,还通过构建引力模型对城市群内部的城市化相互作用进行分析,以求在制定未来的发展战略时可以根据城市之间的彼此联系来综合对城市进行功能定位。针对生态环境,本文从生态环境状态、生态环境压力、生态环境治理方面来分别进行评价。最后通过构建模型,对研究区的城市化与生态环境协调发展度进行计算,同时进行合理分级,对计算结果采用GIS技术进行可视化,以便分析研究区城市化与生态环境协调发展时间和空间上的变化趋势,研究表明:(1)长春、吉林、松原的城市化水平相对高于其他两市,截止到2014年时,城市化分值均已达到0.78以上,而辽源市和四平市则稍显落后,2014年时城市化分值仅在0.5左右。同时经济发达地区在人口、经济、生活、空间城市化四个方面更具优势,长春、吉林、四平、辽源之间相互作用更加稳定,长春市以及吉林市对周围城市具有明显的辐射力,在未来的发展中可以对其他城市起较好的带动作用。(2)研究期内各市生态环境有均明显改善,2014年时,研究区的生态环境分值均达到0.73以上,相对于研究初期进步明显,但生态环境状态仍较不稳定,同时长春市、吉林市的生态环境压力相对较高,在生态环境治理方面,长春市对工业污染的治理力度最大,可见经济越发达的地区生态环境压力就越大,但治理力度也相对高于其他地区。(3)研究期内吉林中部城市群的城市化与生态环境大多处于良好的协调发展状态,长春市协调发展度最高,截止到2014年时,已达到0.94,之后依次是吉林市、松原市、四平市、辽源市。从整体来看,2006年时整个研究区的协调发展度已达到0.5以上,2014年时,协调发展度分值为0.87,处于优秀协调型状态,但城市化水平滞后于生态环境水平,整个研究区2014年的生态环境分值为0.84,处于较高水平,而城市化分值仅为0.71,虽然吉林中部城市群在研究期内发展态势良好,但仍需在保持生态环境的同时持续加大经济发展力度。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the research on the coordinated development of city and the ecological environment has gradually become a hot spot at present, China is in a period of accelerated development of the city, but the city was still far lower than developed countries, with the development of science and technology and the improvement of living standards, various problems on the ecological environment are paying more and more attention. The residents of the living environment is also a further request, and the current ecological deficit in China is gradually expanding, and how to maintain steady development to further improve the existing state of the environment has become a huge problem facing us. In this case, realize the coordinated development of city and the ecological environment is an effective way to solve the ecological crisis. This paper stands in the central city of Jilin development demand point of view, to optimize city and the ecological environment, coordinated development and launched a series of research, at the same time The basis of related research at home and abroad and the important theory, from 2005 to 2014 statistical data as the foundation, according to the availability of data and previous experience to construct the index system from the two aspects of city and ecological environment respectively, and ultimately determine the city composed of 14 items, the ecological environment system composed of 9 items. At the same time, using the entropy method to determine the weight of the index system, calculating the study area of the city of scores based on the correlation model, ecological environment value, and from the city population, city economy, city life, city space four aspects of the comprehensive evaluation of the level of the city, in the city, through the construction of the city city agglomeration interaction analysis of gravity model, in order to formulate future development strategy according to the relationship of city to the city for comprehensive functions. According to the ecological environment, the ecological environment, the ecological environment pressure, evaluates the ecological environment governance. Finally, through constructing the model to calculate the study area of the coordinated development of city and ecological environment, and reasonable classification, the visualization of calculation results by using GIS technology, in order to analyze the change trend of the city. The study area and ecological environment coordinated development in time and space on the research shows that: (1) Changchun, Jilin, Songyuan city level is relatively higher than the other two cities, as of 2014, the city of value has reached more than 0.78, and the city of Liaoyuan and Siping City is slightly behind, in 2014 the city of the score is only about 0.5. At the same time, the economic developed area in the population, economy, life, space city four aspects of advantages, Changchun, Jilin, Siping, Liaoyuan between the interaction is more stable, Changchun and Kyrgyzstan The forest has obvious radiation force on the surrounding city, in the future development can play a leading role better for other city. (2) the study period and the ecological environment has improved significantly, in 2014, the study area ecological environment value reached more than 0.73, compared with the beginning of the study progress is obvious, but the ecological environment condition is still not stable, at the same time Changchun City, Jilin City, the ecological environment pressure is relatively high, in the ecological environment governance, governance of industrial pollution Changchun City, ecological environment pressure more developed economy will be more visible, but the treatment intensity is relatively higher than other areas. (3) the study period in central city the city of Jilin and ecological environment are mostly in the state of good coordination development, Changchun city coordinated development is the highest, as of 2014, has reached 0.94, followed by Jilin City, Songyuan City, Siping City, Liaoning Source. On the whole, in 2006 the whole study area of coordinated development degree has reached more than 0.5, in 2014, the coordinated development degree score of 0.87, in excellent coordination state, but the city level lags behind the level of the ecological environment, the ecological environment of the study area in 2014 is 0.84 points, at a high level, and the city the score of only 0.71, while the Jilin central city group in the study period, a good development trend, but still need to continue efforts to increase economic development in maintaining the ecological environment at the same time.
