【摘要】：PPP模式已经成为公共供给的主要工具之一,准经营性基础设施PPP项目的补偿问题是PPP模式可持续应用的重要问题。文章对准经营性基础设施PPP项目补偿的动因进行了分析,并详细分析和比较了目前该类PPP项目补偿实践中主要的补偿方式,提出了PPP项目补偿方式的选择框架。最后,针对该类PPP项目的补偿实施提出了相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:PPP mode has become one of the main tools for public supply , and the compensation problem of quasi - operational infrastructure PPP project is the important problem of PPP mode sustainable application . This paper analyzes the causes of PPP project compensation in the management infrastructure , analyzes and compares the main compensation methods in PPP project compensation practice , and puts forward the choice framework of PPP project compensation mode . Finally , the corresponding policy suggestion is put forward for the compensation implementation of PPP project .
