中国城市群集聚辐射效应测度

【摘要】：利用城市群外向功能量、城市流强度及首位度等指标,测度了我国18个城市群集聚辐射效应的动态趋势,并通过面板固定效应模型和门限回归模型考察了城市群集聚辐射效应对其整体经济效益的影响。结果显示:城市群整体发展态势良好,集聚辐射效应逐年增强,但区域差异明显,城市群间协同带动作用较弱;城市群内部人口集聚和GDP集聚形势趋同,龙头城市集聚度高,中、东部城市群尤甚;集聚辐射效应的差异在一定程度上能够解释城市群间整体经济效益的差异;城市群内部城市发展水平差异的持续扩大阻碍了整体经济的发展,但在不同阶段阻碍程度不同;外向功能量对城市群经济效益的拉动作用亦受内部城市间发展水平差异的影响。
[Abstract]:The dynamic trend of the agglomeration radiation effect of 18 urban agglomerations in China is measured by using the outward function quantity of urban agglomeration, the intensity of urban flow and the first degree of city flow. Through the panel fixed effect model and threshold regression model, the effects of agglomeration radiation effect on the overall economic benefits of urban agglomeration are investigated. The results show that the overall development situation of urban agglomeration is good, and the agglomeration radiation effect is increasing year by year. But the regional difference is obvious, the synergy between the urban agglomeration is weak, the situation of population agglomeration and GDP agglomeration in the urban agglomeration is convergent, the gathering degree of the leading cities is high, especially in the east. To some extent, the difference of agglomeration radiation effect can explain the difference of overall economic benefits among urban agglomerations, the continuous expansion of urban development level in urban agglomeration hinders the development of the whole economy, but the degree of hindrance is different in different stages. The pulling effect of outward function on the economic benefit of urban agglomeration is also influenced by the difference of development level among the inner cities.
