新型城镇化背景下传统村落的保护和发展——以广西为例

【摘要】：传统村落保护和发展是国家和民族的重要事业。目前,广西正处于快速城镇化进程中,但广西传统村落保护发展面临诸如申报工作相对滞后、传统村落保护发展和城镇化建设矛盾突出、"空村化"加速、开发"过度商业化"和当地居民保护意识薄弱等困局。因此,要做好传统村落的保护,应该强化政府职责、坚持精准保护与发展一体化、协调好新型城镇化建设和传统村落保护发展的关系、确立当地居民的主体地位、适度发展特色文化产业、加强宣传推介等方面的工作。
[Abstract]:The protection and development of traditional villages is an important cause of our country and nation. At present, Guangxi is in the process of rapid urbanization. The contradiction between the traditional village protection development and the urbanization construction is prominent, the "empty village" accelerates, the development "excessive commercialization" and the local residents' weak protection consciousness, etc. Therefore, in order to do a good job in the protection of the traditional village, we should strengthen the responsibility of the government. We should insist on the integration of precision protection and development, coordinate the relationship between the construction of new urbanization and the protection and development of traditional villages, establish the dominant position of local residents, develop the characteristic cultural industry moderately, and strengthen the work of propaganda and promotion.
