特色小镇核心竞争力及其评估模型构建

【摘要】：特色小镇作为新型城镇化发展的突破点,不断成为关注的热点。在理论研究的基础上分析了特色小镇核心竞争力的构成要素,依据GEM模型构建了特色小镇核心竞争力指标体系和GSC模型;通过专家调研最终形成了以环境资源力、基础设施力、资本资源力、产业发展力、政府支持力5个一级指标,18个二级指标,32个三级指标要素构成的指标体系。运用层次分析法YAAHP软件对指标权重进行了分析,根据分析结果阐述了指标体系间的层次关系和重要程度,提出了特色小镇未来发展建议,旨在为特色小镇发展及评价提供依据。
[Abstract]:As a breakthrough point in the development of new urbanization, the characteristic town has become a hot spot of concern. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper analyzes the constituent elements of the core competitiveness of the characteristic town. According to the GEM model, the index system and the GSC model of the core competitiveness of the special town are constructed, and the environmental resources, the infrastructure, the capital resources and the industrial development are finally formed through the expert investigation. The index system composed of 5 first-class indexes, 18 second-class indexes and 32 third-level index elements is analyzed by using YAAHP software of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Based on the analysis results, this paper expounds the hierarchical relationship and the important degree of the index system, and puts forward some suggestions for the future development of the small towns with special characteristics, in order to provide the basis for the development and evaluation of the small towns with characteristics.
