“众筹建桩”发展模式调研及对策研究——以常州市为例

【摘要】：近年来,常州市首创"众筹建桩"模式并成功解决了新能源汽车充电设施建设与运营的难题。本文通过探讨"众筹建桩"的运行模式、业务模式及盈利模式,深入剖析了常州市"众筹建桩"存在的问题,包括市民知晓度不高、充电桩位置不合理、运营企业及合作者短期内难以盈利、充电桩自身存在的车位与电桩矛盾等。基于此,有针对性地提出扩大宣传影响力、改善建桩地点布局、发展延伸服务与深入挖掘其价值等对策建议,希望为新能源汽车充电桩建设贡献出自己的一份绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Changzhou has pioneered the mode of "multipurpose pile" and successfully solved the problem of construction and operation of new energy vehicle charging facilities. This paper discusses the operation mode, business model and profit model of "crowdly-prepared pile". This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the "public planning pile" in Changzhou, including the low level of public awareness, unreasonable location of the charging pile, difficulty in making profits in the short term by the operating enterprises and partners, and the contradiction between the parking space of the charging pile itself and the electric pile, and so on. Countermeasures and suggestions such as expanding propaganda influence improving the layout of pile construction site developing extending service and digging its value deeply are put forward in the hope of contributing a little contribution to the construction of new energy vehicle charging pile.
