【摘要】:正高库存和高房价并存、结构性过剩和局部性短缺并存是当前我国房地产调控面临的主要矛盾。本文认为,建立房地产长效机制的核心在于"去房地产化",并把为实体经济发展创造良好环境放在首位。2016年以来,我国房地产市场快速升温,多项指标创历史新高。房价过高、涨幅过大已成为中国经济转型发展不可承受之痛。笔者认为,高库存和高房价并存、结构性过剩和局部性短缺并存是当前我国房地产调控面临的主要矛盾,根源还在于经济发展有过度依赖于房地产业倾向,且
[Abstract]:Are high inventory and high prices coexist, structural surplus and local shortage is the main contradiction of China's real estate regulation faces. This paper argues that the core of the establishment of long-term mechanism of real estate is the "real estate", and to create a favorable environment for the development of the real economy in the first place since.2016, rapid warming me China's real estate market, a number of indicators of a record high. Prices are too high, or too large has become unbearable pain China economic transformation and development.
