山东半岛蓝色经济区土地综合承载力评价

【摘要】：以山东半岛蓝色经济区土地综合承载力评价为研究目标,从水土资源承载力、生态环境承载力、社会资源承载力、经济技术承载力这4个支撑子系统出发选取了27个评价指标,利用综合集成赋权法和多目标综合评价模型等方法对2007-2014年山东半岛蓝色经济区各土地资源支撑子系统的承载力和土地综合承载力进行了评价并分析了时空差异情况及限制因素,主要结论如下:(1)2007—2014年山东半岛蓝色经济区7地市土地综合承载力均有不同程度的提高,在时间序列上总体呈现波动上升趋势,但2011年后,除东营市外,其余城市土地综合承载力上升的增速处于放缓状态;生态环境承载力、社会资源承载力和经济技术承载力3个系统在2007-2014年期间变化较一致,总体上都呈现出波动上升趋势,水土资源承载力系统除东营市外,总体上都呈现出缓慢下降趋势。(2)山东半岛蓝色经济区7城市的土地综合承载力分Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级3个等级,其中Ⅰ级承载力高,包括东营市、威海市,Ⅱ级承载力中等,仅包括青岛市、烟台市,Ⅲ级承载力低,包括日照市、滨州市、潍坊市,土地综合承载力大致表现出东高西低的区域差异。(3)山东半岛蓝色经济区土地综合承载力的障碍因素主要包括GDP增长率、人均GDP、水土协调度、人均建设用地、人均耕地面积、地均GDP、土地开发强度、湿地面积比例、人均水资源量、人口密度等。根据结论,提出了提高经济发展速度、提高土地利用集约化水平和生态环境治理水平、降低第一产业占GDP的比重和节能减排等提高土地综合承载力的对策。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the comprehensive carrying capacity of land in the Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula, 27 evaluation indexes are selected from the four supporting subsystems, namely, the carrying capacity of soil and water resources, the carrying capacity of ecological environment, the bearing capacity of social resources and the carrying capacity of economy and technology. The paper evaluates the bearing capacity and the comprehensive bearing capacity of the land resources supporting subsystems in the Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula from 2007 to 2014 by using the comprehensive integrated weighting method and the multi-objective comprehensive evaluation model, and analyzes the space-time difference and the limiting factors. The main conclusions are as follows: from 2007 to 2014, the comprehensive land bearing capacity of the seven cities in the Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula increased in varying degrees, and showed an upward trend in time series, but after 2011, except Dongying City, the total land bearing capacity of the seven cities in the Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula increased in varying degrees. The growth rate of the other urban land comprehensive carrying capacity is slowing down, the three systems of ecological environment carrying capacity, social resources carrying capacity and economic and technological carrying capacity have the same change in the period of 2007-2014, and all show a fluctuating upward trend in general.
