我国房地产市场管理沿革与发展初探

【摘要】:正一、我国房地产市场管理的沿革我国最早对房地产市场的管理起源于1950年国家宣布对私有房屋产权给予承认保护并打击房产交易与租赁中投机行为,同年国家在北京设立了全国首家房地产交易市场"北京市城区房地产交易所",这是我国对房地产市场管理最早的实践。建国初期,由于城市中私有住宅大部分集中在少数人手中,存在着靠出租房屋牟利的投机行为,大量城市居民无房可居造成了"房荒"现象。为解决城市居民住房问题,中共中央
[Abstract]:In the first place, the evolution of China's real estate market management was the earliest management of the real estate market in China.
