M房地产公司员工激励机制研究

【摘要】:人力资源是一个公司发展的关键因素,而激励是人力资源管理的核心,能通过激发人的需要和动机,使人的内在动力朝着预期目标前进。近年来,国内房地产行业的快速发展,使得行业对人才的需求也不断增长。但由于多数房地产公司对员工的真正需求不够了解,忽视了员工激励机制的建设,导致了公司员工积极主动性低、人才流失的现象。M房地产公司是一家中小型民营房地产公司,由于缺乏科学完善的员工激励机制,使得公司员工综合满意度低,人才流失严重,对公司的发展造成了巨大影响。本文以激励理论里的马斯洛需求层次理论为基础,通过调查问卷的方式对M房地产公司人力资源情况及员工综合满意度进行详细的分析,从薪酬激励、员工培训、人才成长管理等方面提出了改进措施,并对改进措施的实施效果进行了跟踪与改进。本文针对M房地产公司员工进行了深入细致地探讨,研究结论有助于为中小型民营公司留住现有人才,吸引和获取更多人才奠定基础,从而更好地帮助中小型民营房地产公司健康稳健发展。希望通过本文的研究,可以为在员工激励方面一直不得法的中小型民营公司有所帮助。
[Abstract]:Human resource is the key factor in the development of a company, and motivation is the core of human resource management. In recent years, with the rapid development of domestic real estate industry, the demand for talents is also increasing. However, because most real estate companies do not understand the real needs of employees and neglect the construction of employee incentive mechanism, it leads to the low initiative of employees and the brain drain phenomenon. M real estate company is a small and medium-sized private real estate company. Because of the lack of scientific and perfect staff incentive mechanism, the comprehensive satisfaction of employees is low and the brain drain is serious, which has a great impact on the development of the company. Based on Maslow's hierarchy of demand theory in incentive theory, this paper makes a detailed analysis of M real estate company's human resources and employees' comprehensive satisfaction by questionnaire, from salary incentive, employee training, The improvement measures are put forward in the aspects of talent growth and management, and the effect of the improvement measures is followed and improved. In this paper, the staff of M real estate company are discussed in detail, and the conclusions are helpful for the small and medium-sized private companies to retain the existing talents, attract and obtain more talents, and lay a foundation for attracting and acquiring more talents. In order to better help small and medium-sized private real estate companies healthy and steady development. Through the research of this paper, we hope to help the small and medium-sized private companies which have not been able to motivate their employees.
