杭州特色小镇群体特征研究

【摘要】：特色小镇是浙江推动经济转型升级的新探索和新尝试经过两年的实践,特色小镇在扩大产业投资、集聚高端要素等方面发挥了重要的作用,但是特色小镇群与城镇空间结构、宏观产业格局的总体关系亟待审视。杭州市域省市两级特色小镇群(44个)是浙江特色小镇群的典型样本,通过实地调研和部门座谈,梳理杭州特色小镇的现状概况,并从空间、产业以及规划三个方面总结发展特征,旨在为其他省市特色小镇的建设提供参考与经验。
[Abstract]:The characteristic town is Zhejiang's new exploration and attempt to promote the economic transformation and upgrading. After two years of practice, the characteristic town has played an important role in expanding industrial investment and gathering high-end elements, but the special town group and the urban spatial structure have played an important role. The overall relationship of macro-industrial pattern needs to be examined urgently. Hangzhou provincial and municipal two level special town group (44) is a typical sample of Zhejiang special town group, through field investigation and department discussion, combing the present situation of Hangzhou characteristic town, and from the space, The purpose of this paper is to provide reference and experience for the construction of small towns with special characteristics in other provinces and cities.
