就业结构性矛盾不容忽视——基于行业、企业的结构性就业分析

【摘要】:当前,我国就业总体呈平稳态势,但风险在不断累积加大。从行业和企业看,就业结构性矛盾在不断加深。制造业就业岗位流失与服务业就业扩张不稳同时存在,行业就业风险有所加大;一些企业经营状况不佳、用工需求不足直接加剧了就业矛盾。建议适应经济发展新常态,实现经济增长和就业增长的良性互动;营造良好环境,努力化解结构性就业风险的扩大。
[Abstract]:At present, our country employment overall presents the steady situation, but the risk unceasingly accumulates increases. From the view of industry and enterprises, the structural contradiction of employment is deepening. The loss of manufacturing jobs and the employment expansion of the service industry exist at the same time, the employment risk of the industry has been increased; some enterprises are in poor operating conditions, and the shortage of employment demand directly intensifies the employment contradiction. It is suggested that we should adapt to the new normal of economic development, realize the benign interaction between economic growth and employment growth, create a good environment and try to resolve the expansion of structural employment risk.
