【摘要】：正作为曾经资本吹捧的一个地产创新方向,长租公寓在去年年底已彻底进入红海。不仅原来那拨专门的公寓运营商在做,房地产中介、开发商、连锁酒店也全部杀入。相比之前那拨吃二房东红利的公寓运营商,后来的这批要么有资源,要么有资本,要么就是有现成的房源,哪个也没把短期盈利当最重要的考虑。于是这个行业原本就微薄的利润空间被进一步压缩,大批公寓运营商其实已经处于生死线上,随时就会倒掉一大批!那么,在拿房成本越来越贵而竞
[Abstract]:As a property innovation once touted by capital, long-rent apartments entered the Red Sea at the end of last year. Not only did the original dedicated apartment operators do, real estate agents, developers, chain hotels are all in. Compared with the condominium operators who ate the two-landlord dividend, the latter had either the resources, the capital, or a ready supply of homes, and none considered short-term profits the most important consideration. So this industry originally on the meagre profit space is further compressed, a large number of apartment operators have in fact been in the line of life and death, at any time will be dumped a large number!
