STS视域下的我国食品安全问题研究
[Abstract]:With the development of science and society, the impact of food safety and the degree of harm is becoming more and more serious, and it has been paid more and more attention all over the world. In recent years, under the action of a series of food safety laws and regulations, although China's food safety issues have been relatively effective control, but the number of food safety issues is also increasing. We can see that although our country has made a lot of attempts and efforts from the related laws and regulations, the situation of food safety in our country is still very severe, and even has the tendency of getting worse. In this case, we not only need to seek other and even change the perspective of the analysis of the causes of food safety, but also to make a deep reflection on these causes. And then to these causes of possible ways to carry out some feasibility studies. From the perspective of social constructivism from the perspective of STS, this paper studies the current situation, causes and ways out of food safety problems, and takes Sanlu milk powder incident as a case study. Mainly from the stakeholders of Sanlu Milk Powder incident and the construction process of the two angles, and the analysis of the causes of food safety problems in China, It mainly discusses the alienation of social construction and the alienation of scientific and technological cognition and its social function. Science and technology as well as the public opinion supervises these several aspects to put forward the question countermeasure.
