南方水泥物流管理系统的开发研究
[Abstract]:Cement is an important basic raw material in the construction industry. With the rapid development of the construction market, the cement industry has also entered a period of rapid development, especially during the 10th five-year Plan period of the increase in the proportion of investment in fixed assets in China. It provides a better development environment for the development of cement industry. The average output value of cement industry in China increases at a rate of 12% a year, and the number of cement enterprises increases accordingly. A series of related industries, such as cement production and distribution, must be reformed to adapt to the rapid development trend of cement industry. The rapid development of cement industry has led to the development of a number of related industries, but also exposed some drawbacks, the continuous increase in energy consumption of raw materials and the environmental pollution caused by the production process is becoming more and more serious. In order to realize the sustainable and healthy development of the industry, under the guidance of the national macro-control policy, it is necessary to constantly update the existing production and management mode, improve the industrial chain of the production and transportation process of the cement industry, and promote the continuous improvement of the structure of the cement industry. The implementation of necessary reforms to existing cement enterprises is not only a new opportunity for development, but also an important challenge for cement enterprises in the new era. The development of cement enterprises needs not only the support of national policies, but also the innovation of their own management. According to the current management mode of cement enterprises in China, logistics management is an important link in the production and management of cement enterprises. The cost of logistics is directly related to the profits of cement enterprises, and many cement enterprises have left problems in varying degrees. Under the influence of new production technical indicators and the pursuit of profit targets, The promotion of productivity has become an inevitable trend. The digitalization of foreign cement enterprises and the development of information technology have gained mature experience, but the construction of cement enterprises in China is still at the stage of continuous exploration. As the saying goes, good blacksmith is needed to make good steel. We cement enterprises need to constantly innovate information technology and management process, information to drive industrialization and so on, so as to promote the management level of cement enterprises, grasp the production cost of enterprises and improve the profit target of enterprises. Finally, the synchronous promotion of economic and social benefits of cement enterprises is realized. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward the research topic of "the Development of Southern cement Logistics Management system", which is divided into four parts: the first part, the introduction. This paper mainly introduces the background of this topic, the research status of logistics management informatization at home and abroad, the significance and purpose of the research. The second part, related theoretical basis. This paper introduces the meaning of logistics management and logistics management informatization, and introduces the content of logistics management system. The third part, which is the core part of this paper, mainly introduces the development and application of Southern cement Logistics Management system, including the demand analysis of Southern cement Logistics Management Information system. The design principle of the Southern cement Logistics Management (1) system, the function and structure of the Southern cement Logistics Management system, the sub-system of the Southern cement Logistics Management system and the customer service system of the Logistics Management Subsystem are discussed in detail. The functions of cargo tracking system, business system, vehicle dispatching system, warehouse management system and financial system are discussed. The fourth part summarizes the research on this subject. Through the discussion of this paper, we hope to provide more suggestions for the realization of the information management of cement logistics management and the construction of the management system, and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the cement enterprises in the south.
