【摘要】：正中央高度重视"三农"工作,为"三农"保险在完善农业保障体系、促进农民增收致富和服务改善农村民生中发挥作用,创造了历史性机遇党的十八大对"三农"工作高度重视,专题部署了"推动城乡发展一体化"工作,明确提出了加快发展现代农业、增加农民收入、推进"四化同步"等重大任务。中央农村工作会议和今年中央一号文件围绕加快现代农业发展和增强农村发展活力,全面部署了当前和今后一个时期的农业农村工作。中央一以贯之地高度重视"三农"工作
