临汾市工伤康复需求研究

【摘要】：当今社会随着工业化的发展，逐渐增加的工伤事故已经成为了社会的一大问题为保障工业化进程的顺利进行，维护劳动者生存的基本权利，工伤保险作为一项社会保险制度应运而生不论从劳动者个体人权的角度，还是整个社会经济发展的角度，工伤康复事业都具有重要的现实意义本文首先对工伤康复制度得以建立的理论基础进行了总结介绍，并系统梳理学习了国内外在工伤康复制度发展过程中的研究成果，国外有代表性的康复模式以及国内试点省市在康复中心上的具体实践结果，通过比较研究，借鉴国内外康复工作的相关经验，并在此基础上从康复需求的角度进行实证研究这不仅有助于丰富和细化我国工伤保险制度理论，也为我国工伤康复制度的建设和发展提供一定的实证参考在本文的主体部分，运用个案访谈问卷调查等方法对山西省临汾市的工伤职工的康复状况及康复需求进行了调查在系统梳理我国工伤康复制度现状及发展历程的基础上，结合对国外有代表性的工伤康复制度模式的分析学习以及其发展过程中经验教训的概括总结，以山西省临汾市的工伤职工为研究对象，通过对其接受工伤康复的状况和对各项康复治疗的需求为出发点，结合当地产业行业特点，，设计调查问卷并发放问卷进行实地访谈调查，希望可以从当地职工的康复需求视角分析康复制度的缺失和不足，借用按需分配的理念，建立一种资源分配更为合理的工伤康复制度
[Abstract]:With the development of industrialization, the increasing number of industrial accidents has become a major social problem in order to ensure the smooth progress of industrialization and safeguard the basic rights of workers to survive. As a social insurance system, industrial injury insurance emerges as the times require, not only from the angle of individual human rights of workers, but also from the angle of the whole social and economic development. The cause of industrial injury rehabilitation has important practical significance. Firstly, this paper summarizes and introduces the theoretical basis of the establishment of industrial injury rehabilitation system, and systematically combs and studies the research results in the process of the development of industrial injury rehabilitation system at home and abroad. The representative rehabilitation models abroad and the concrete practice results of domestic pilot provinces and cities in rehabilitation centers, through comparative study, draw lessons from the relevant experience of rehabilitation work at home and abroad. On this basis, the empirical research from the angle of rehabilitation demand is not only helpful to enrich and refine the theory of industrial injury insurance system in China, but also provides a certain empirical reference for the construction and development of industrial injury rehabilitation system in China. In the main part of this paper, the author makes an investigation on the rehabilitation status and rehabilitation needs of workers in Linfen City of Shanxi Province by using the method of case interview and questionnaire investigation. On the basis of systematically combing the present situation and development course of industrial injury rehabilitation system in our country, Combined with the analysis and study of the representative work injury rehabilitation system in foreign countries and the summary of the experience and lessons in the process of its development, the industrial injury workers in Linfen City of Shanxi Province are taken as the research object. Based on the condition of the rehabilitation of work-related injuries and the demand for rehabilitation treatment, and combining the characteristics of local industries and industries, a questionnaire was designed and sent out to carry out a field interview survey. It is hoped that the deficiency and deficiency of rehabilitation system can be analyzed from the perspective of the rehabilitation needs of local staff and workers, and the idea of distribution according to needs can be used to establish a more reasonable rehabilitation system for work-related injuries.
