社会养老保险基金资本化运作的效应分析与启示

【摘要】：本文从西方国家的相关历史与实践出发,对当下部分OECD成员国的社会养老保险基金资本化运作的特征与性质进行了分析。指出其为社会养老所带来的积极效应与消极风险,并对我国在面对人口老龄化的大环境下,如何慎重并有效利用养老金资本化运作来缓和社会养老压力提出建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the relevant history and practice of western countries, this paper analyzes the characteristics and nature of capitalized operation of social pension insurance funds in some OECD member countries, and points out the positive effects and negative risks brought about by the capitalization of social pension funds. It also puts forward some suggestions on how to use pension capitalization to ease the social pressure on the aged in the face of the aging population in our country.
