女性重大疾病保险产品设计

【摘要】:经过近20年的发展,重大疾病保险在我国已经发展成为健康保险市场上一个十分重要的险种。随着相关法规的颁布,重大疾病的定义得到了统一的规范。重大疾病经验发生率表的编制也在一定程度上降低了费率厘定过程中面临的风险。同时,国家为支持健康服务业的发展而颁布的相关政策也将共同促进重大疾病保险的发展。随着女性经济实力的增强,女性的风险意识也在不断增加,将激发女性对于重大疾病保险的需求。女性的风险偏好、死亡率、重大疾病发生率以及预期寿命都与男性存在着较大的差异,,与男性相比,女性对于重大疾病保险有着更大的需求。以女性的身体健康作为特殊的保险对象设计的保险产品有着广阔的市场前景,将有助于保险公司拓展女性市场这一新的业务领域。 本文首先介绍了重大疾病保险的定义、国内外现状、女性重大疾病保险的特征,在对女性重大疾病保险进行需求分析的基础上说明了设计女性重大疾病保险的必要性和可行性。接着在遵循产品设计的基本原则、符合S寿险公司产品开发策略、目标市场定位的基础上,结合销售渠道特点及女性不同阶段的保险需求设计出了女性重大疾病保险产品,并完成了保险合同的设计。然后运用多状态Markov方法从理论上对产品的定价进行了探讨。最后结合S寿险公司的渠道优势和S公司发展重大疾病保险的劣势,从推进重点渠道、紧密结合政府政策、引进健康管理服务、提高理赔服务质量四个方面介绍了女性重大疾病保险的推广策略。
[Abstract]:After nearly 20 years of development, major disease insurance has developed into a very important insurance in the health insurance market in China. With the promulgation of relevant laws and regulations, the definition of major diseases has been unified norms. To a certain extent, the risk of rate setting is reduced by compiling the incidence table of major diseases. At the same time, the relevant policies issued by the state to support the development of health services will promote the development of major illness insurance. As women's economic strength increases, women's awareness of risk will also increase, which will stimulate women's demand for insurance against major illnesses. Women's risk appetite, mortality, incidence of major diseases, and life expectancy are significantly different from men, and women have a greater need for major illness insurance than men. The insurance products designed with the health of women as the special insurance objects have a broad market prospect, which will help the insurance companies to expand the new business field of the female market. This paper first introduces the definition of major disease insurance, the present situation at home and abroad, the characteristics of women's major disease insurance, and explains the necessity and feasibility of designing female major disease insurance on the basis of the analysis of the requirement of female major disease insurance. Then, on the basis of following the basic principles of product design, in line with the product development strategy of S life insurance company and the target market positioning, combining the characteristics of sales channels and the insurance demand of women at different stages, we designed the women's major diseases insurance products. And completed the design of the insurance contract. Then the multi-state Markov method is used to discuss the pricing of products theoretically. Finally, combining the channel advantages of S Life Insurance Company and the disadvantage of S Company in developing major disease insurance, from promoting key channels, closely combining government policies, introducing health management services, Four aspects of improving the quality of claim service introduced the promotion strategy of women's major illness insurance.
