论我国寿险行业诚信文化建设

【摘要】:中华民族诚信历史文化悠久,自古以来人们就将诚信视为立国之本、立业之本、立身之本。然而,随着社会的发展,诚信问题日益成为困扰社会主义市场经济的一大顽疾。如三鹿奶粉事件、南京冠生园事件等食品安全事件一再暴露出我国社会诚信缺失的严重性。作为社会主义市场经济的有机组成部分,我国寿险市场上的诚信缺失现象也非常严重,如寿险公司惜赔、滥赔、拖赔及代理人销售误导现象屡见报端,严重影响了寿险行业的社会形象。作为和谐社会的重要组成部分,寿险行业也应立足于长远利益,坚持诚信经营,打造诚信的社会形象,在实现自身经济利益的同时,也积极承担起应尽的社会义务。 本文在研究诚信的基本概念的基础上,结合企业文化、思想教育、价值观念等理论,从寿险行业实际出发,对寿险行业诚信文化建设问题进行了深入的分析和研究。本文分为五个部分: 第一部分描述了诚信的基本概念及意义,概括总结了诚信的基本内涵,即真实、可靠、可信、信任,指出诚信是国家的执政之本,企业的立业之本,是每个社会成员的立身之本,处世之道。 第二部分从寿险经营特殊性出发,概述了寿险行业企业文化的基本内容,即诚信是金,服务至上,以人为本,同时阐述了企业诚信文化的基本概念和特点。在此基础上特别对寿险行业企业诚信文化及特点作了阐述,指出寿险企业诚信文化的最重要内容就是最大诚信原则,并分析了寿险行业诚信文化的表现,即寿险行业对消费者的的诚信,代理人对保险人及消费者的诚信,消费者对保险人的诚信。 第三部分阐述了寿险行业诚信文化建设的重要意义,即促进寿险行业长期健康发展,维护寿险市场经营秩序的稳定,提高寿险行业核心竞争力,促进构建和谐社会。 第四部分总结了寿险行业诚信文化建设的问题,即从制度构建上来看,寿险行业没有将诚信文化制度化,从执行上来讲,寿险行业未真正落实诚信经营举措,而且诚信法律法规不完善,监管力度不够,失信成本很低。同时分析了产生问题的三个主要原因,即社会诚信缺失,信息不对称,寿险行业追求短期利益考核机制。 第五部分提出了寿险行业文化建设的具体措施,如建立和完善寿险公司诚信经营流程,加强寿险行业干部员工队伍诚信教育,建立健全诚信制度,改革现行营销考核制度,建立内部诚信考评机制,改革代理人制度,建立寿险行业征信体系,加强诚信法律法规建设,加强寿险行业外部监管。
[Abstract]:The integrity of the Chinese nation has a long history and culture. Since ancient times, honesty has been regarded as the foundation of the nation, the foundation of the cause and the foundation of the body. However, with the development of society, the problem of honesty has increasingly become a serious problem that puzzles the socialist market economy. Food safety events, such as Sanlu milk powder incident, Nanjing Guansheng Garden incident, have repeatedly exposed the seriousness of the lack of social integrity in China. As an organic part of the socialist market economy, the lack of integrity in the life insurance market of our country is very serious, such as the loss of compensation by life insurance companies, excessive compensation, tardiness and misguided sales by agents. Seriously affected the social image of the life insurance industry. As an important part of a harmonious society, the life insurance industry should also base itself on the long-term interests, adhere to the integrity of management, create a social image of integrity, and realize its own economic interests at the same time. This paper, on the basis of studying the basic concept of honesty and credit, combines the theories of corporate culture, ideological education, values and so on, starting from the reality of the life insurance industry. This paper makes a deep analysis and research on the construction of honesty culture in life insurance industry. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part describes the basic concept and significance of good faith, summarizes the basic connotation of good faith, that is, truthfulness, reliability, credibility, trust, and points out that honesty is the foundation of the government of the country and the foundation of enterprise. The second part, from the particularity of life insurance management, summarizes the basic content of enterprise culture of life insurance industry, that is, honesty is gold, service is supreme, people-oriented. At the same time, the paper expounds the basic concept and characteristics of enterprise credit culture. On this basis, the author expounds the culture and characteristics of honesty and credit in life insurance industry, and points out that the most important content of credit culture of life insurance industry is the principle of maximum good faith, and analyzes the expression of honesty culture in life insurance industry. That is, the honesty of life insurance industry to consumers, the honesty of agents to insurers and consumers, and the honesty of consumers to insurers. The third part expounds the importance of the construction of life insurance industry honesty culture, that is, to promote the healthy development of life insurance industry for a long time. To maintain the stability of life insurance market management order, to improve the core competitiveness of life insurance industry, to promote the construction of a harmonious society. The fourth part summarizes the construction of life insurance industry integrity culture, that is, from the point of view of system construction, The life insurance industry does not institutionalize the integrity culture. In terms of implementation, the life insurance industry has not really implemented the good faith management measures, and the integrity laws and regulations are not perfect, the supervision is not enough, and the cost of dishonesty is very low. At the same time, it analyzes the three main causes of the problems, that is, the lack of social integrity, asymmetric information, the life insurance industry in pursuit of short-term interest assessment mechanism. The fifth part puts forward the specific measures for the construction of life insurance industry culture. For example, to establish and perfect the business process of life insurance company, to strengthen the honesty education of life insurance cadres and staff, to establish and perfect the credit system, to reform the current marketing assessment system, to establish the internal credit appraisal mechanism, and to reform the agent system. Establish life insurance industry credit system, strengthen the construction of good faith laws and regulations, strengthen the life insurance industry external supervision.
