中华保险新疆分公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:保险业是一个高风险、高度竞争和服务性强的行业。依靠传统的价格战已经很难赢得市场竞争优势。当前,中华保险新疆分公司所处的内外部环境都有着很明显的变化,在激烈的市场竞争中,中华保险新疆分公司若想寻求突破,则必须在发展思路、发展目标、发展战略等一系列问题上做出调整。本文依据企业战略管理的经典理论,采用理论与实证分析相结合的方式,在对新疆财险市场进行深入分析的基础上,结合中华保险新疆分公司的具体情况,得出适合中华保险新疆分公司的发展战略。 本文在对中华保险发展现状和新疆财险市场进行分析的基础上,首先对其外部环境进行了深入的分析,在此基础上得出外部机会与威胁,外部因素评价(EFE)矩阵分析结果显示:中华保险总得分为3.23,即对现有的机会和威胁做出了及时的反应。然后,对公司的内部环境进行分析,在此基础上得出内部优势和劣势,内部因素评价矩阵(IFE)分析结果显示:中华保险总得分为2.63,即公司在对内部环境的掌控方面有待进一步加强。 通过以上的分析,结合中华保险现有的战略目标,通过SPACE矩阵分析得出了中华保险所属的战略地位,结果显示:中华保险属于拥有主要竞争优势的公司,处于极佳的战略地位。于此同时,文章结合对中华保险优势、劣势、机会、威胁之间的相互匹配和组合分析结果,在战略地位确定的情况下,筛选出公司最适宜的发展战略类型。通过QSPM矩进行最终的战略决策。分析指出:中华保险的三种最优战略是:市场渗透战略:加大兵团业务的渗透力度;差异化战略:以差异性提升企业竞争力;市场开发战略:大力发展非车非农险业务。最后,在与现行战略进行比较的基础上,文章提出了最优战略实施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:Insurance is a high-risk, highly competitive and service industry. Relying on the traditional price war has been difficult to win the market competitive advantage. At present, the internal and external environment of SinoChina Insurance Xinjiang Branch is obviously changing. In the fierce market competition, if China Insurance Xinjiang Branch wants to seek a breakthrough, it must develop its ideas and goals. Make adjustment on a series of issues such as development strategy. Based on the classical theory of enterprise strategic management and the combination of theory and empirical analysis, this paper analyzes the property insurance market in Xinjiang, and combines with the specific situation of Sinkiang Branch of China Insurance Company. The development strategy suitable for Sinkiang Branch of China Insurance Company is obtained. Based on the analysis of the current situation of insurance development in China and the property insurance market in Xinjiang, this paper first makes a deep analysis of its external environment, and then draws the external opportunities and threats. The results of external factor evaluation (EFE) matrix analysis show that the total score of China Insurance is 3.23, that is to say, it makes a timely response to the existing opportunities and threats. Then, the internal environment of the company is analyzed, and on this basis, the internal strengths and weaknesses are obtained. Internal factor evaluation matrix (IFE) analysis results show that the total score of China Insurance is 2.63, that is to say, the control of the internal environment needs to be further strengthened. Through the above analysis, combined with the existing strategic objectives of China Insurance, the strategic position of China Insurance is obtained by SPACE matrix analysis. The results show that China Insurance belongs to the company with main competitive advantage and is in an excellent strategic position. At the same time, combined with the results of matching and combination analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of China Insurance, the most suitable development strategy type of the company is selected under the condition of strategic position determination. The final strategic decision is made through QSPM moment. It is pointed out that the three optimal strategies of Zhonghua Insurance are: market penetration strategy: increase the penetration of bingtuan business; differentiation strategy: improve the competitiveness of enterprises with differences; market development strategy: vigorously develop non-auto non-agricultural insurance business. Finally, on the basis of comparing with the current strategy, the paper puts forward the guarantee measures of the optimal strategy implementation.
