关于进一步做好财政社保工作的调研报告

【摘要】：正先到邯郸市的武安和邱县,重点就城乡居民社会养老保险工作开展情况进行调研;为更加全面地掌握财政社保其他工作开展情况,又到秦皇岛市,重点就社保资金"一卡通"应用、社保资金审计整改、基层医改和加强基层财政建设等工作情况进行调研,并结合存在问题,对下步如何加强和改进进行了认真思考。一、调研基本情况武安市2009年被列为首批国家新农保试点县,截至2012年8月底,全市城乡居民参保人数为35.6万人,参保率达到95%。邱县2011年7月被列为国家第三批新型农村和城镇居民社会养老保险试点县,截至2012年8月底,全县共有13.4万人参保,参保率达
[Abstract]:He is going first to Wu'an and Qiu County in Handan City to investigate and investigate the social endowment insurance work of urban and rural residents. In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the other work carried out in finance and social security, he also went to Qinhuangdao City. This paper focuses on the application of "one card" of social security funds, the audit and rectification of social security funds, the medical reform at the grass-roots level and the strengthening of the financial construction at the grass-roots level. Combining with the existing problems, this paper makes a serious consideration on how to strengthen and improve the next step. First, Wuan City was listed as the first batch of national new rural insurance pilot counties in 2009. By the end of August, 2012, the number of urban and rural residents participating in insurance was 356000, and the participation rate reached 95. Qiu County was listed as the third batch of new rural and urban residents' social old-age insurance pilot county in July 2011. By the end of August 2012, there were 134000 people participating in the insurance in the whole county, and the participation rate reached to the level of insurance.
