【摘要】:科技服务业是以知识和专业技术为基础的服务产业,其在经济活动的作用不可忽视。但是现阶段我国科技服务业产值较低,在国民经济中所占的比重不高。而集聚的发展模式由于其高效的组织形式、较低的交易费用以及较强的知识溢出效应等优势,可以使科技服务业获得长期的竞争优势。因此应提高我国科技服务业的集聚程度,推动科技服务业的发展,使其在国民经济中发挥重要作用。 通过空间基尼系数和行业集中度的测算,我们了解到目前我国科技服务业分布存在不均衡现象,并且1997到2011年有很大的增幅,说明我国科技服务业集聚程度有加深的趋势。通过测算区位熵系数及空间自相关分析发现,我国科技服务业主要集中在京津和长三角地区,并且从东中西部来看,东部地区科技服务业主要集中在北京、上海和天津三市,集聚现象更为突出,而中西部地区科技服务业集聚现象并不明显。这说明现阶段我国科技服务业水平仍较低,并且空间分布存在较大差异性。此外,我国科技服务业集聚表现出一定的空间演化特征。一是科技服务业整体集聚水平不断提高;二是科技服务业逐渐向东部地区,向京津和长三角地区,,向北京、上海两市集聚。 通过对我国科技服务业集聚空间演化机理的理论与实证分析,我们发现区域经济发展水平、交易费用、规模经济、知识溢出和政府行为是影响科技服务业集聚演化的重要因素。其中,地区经济发展水平、规模经济、知识溢出、和政府行为对我国科技服务业集聚有显著的促进作用,而交易费用与科技服务业集聚负相关。由此提出加大政府扶持力度和充分发挥行业协会作用这两个措施来提高科技服务业的集聚程度,促进区域科技服务业的发展。
[Abstract]:Science and technology service industry is based on knowledge and expertise as the basis of the service industry, the economic activities in the role can not be ignored. But at the present stage of China's science and technology service industry output value is relatively low, which accounted for the proportion in the national economy is not high. The development mode of agglomeration because of its efficient organization form, low transaction costs and strong knowledge spillover effect and other advantages, can make the science and technology service industry to obtain long-term competitive advantage. So we should improve the degree of agglomeration of China's science and technology service industry, promote the development of science and technology services, and make it play an important role in the national economy.
Through the spatial Gini coefficient and concentration of the industry estimates, we understand that the current distribution of China's science and technology service industry is imbalance, and the 1997 to 2011 has increased enormously, the deepening trend of China's science and technology service industry agglomeration degree. By calculating the location quotient and spatial autocorrelation analysis, China's science and technology service the industry is mainly concentrated in the Yangtze River Delta and Beijing Tianjin, and from the east to the west, science and technology service industry in the eastern region are mainly concentrated in Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin three cities, agglomeration phenomenon is more prominent, and the central and western areas of science and Technology Service industry agglomeration phenomenon is not obvious. This shows that at this stage of China's science and technology service industry level is still low, and the space there is a big difference in the distribution. In addition, China's science and technology service industry agglomeration shows some spatial evolution. One is the overall science and technology service industry agglomeration and constantly improve the level of two; The technology service industry has gradually moved to the eastern region, to the Beijing Tianjin and the Yangtze River Delta region, and to the two cities of Beijing and Shanghai.
Through theoretical and empirical analysis of China's science and technology service industry agglomeration spatial evolution mechanism, we found that the level of regional economic development, transaction cost, economies of scale, knowledge spillover and government behavior is an important factor affecting the evolution of science and technology service industry. Among them, the level of development, regional economies of scale, knowledge spillover, and government behavior significant role in promoting China's science and technology service industry agglomeration, and transaction costs and technology service industry agglomeration negative correlation. The increase degree of agglomeration of government support and give full play to the role of industry associations of the two measures to improve high-tech service industry, promote the development of regional science and technology service industry.
