粤港澳区域创意产业发展思路探索——基于系统思考视角下的研究

【摘要】：大力发展创意产业是粤港澳区域产业转型升级的必然选择。粤港澳区域由于三地间地理、文化、制度等存在差异,同时在创意产业发展过程中各有优劣势,增加了该区域创意产业发展的复杂性和动态性。运用系统思考方法,针对粤港澳创意产业发展现状,构建粤港澳区域创意产业发展"成长上限"、粤港澳区域创意人才"成长与投资不足"、粤港澳区域创意产业政策与法律法规体系"成长与投资不足"三个系统基模,分析发展过程中的主要影响因素,并基于此给出了粤港澳区域创意产业发展的思路与对策。
[Abstract]:Vigorously developing creative industries is an inevitable choice for the transformation and upgrading of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao regions. Due to the differences in geography, culture and system among the three places, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao regions have their own advantages and disadvantages in the process of development of creative industries. It increases the complexity and dynamics of the development of creative industry in this region. By using the method of systematic thinking, this paper aims at the present situation of creative industry development in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. Constructing the "growth cap" for the development of creative industry in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, "growth and insufficient investment" for creative talents in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and "growth and underinvestment" in the policy and legal system of creative industry in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. Based on the analysis of the main influencing factors in the process of development, the ideas and countermeasures for the development of creative industries in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao are given.
