辽宁省生产性服务业集聚水平测度及影响因素分析

【摘要】：在全球范围内随着产业结构的不断升级，发达国家和地区服务业已经超过第二产业，成为国家的支柱产业，标志着服务经济已成为当今世界经济活动的主流，而生产性服务业又是服务业的核心，已经成为地区经济发展程度的度量指标，引起学术界和政府高度关注。发达国家和地区生产性服务业呈现出了集聚特征，，并通过集聚效应促进地区经济的发展。辽宁作为制造业大省更需要生产性服务业的集聚来保持地区竞争力。因此研究辽宁省生产性服务业集聚有着重要的意义。要对生产性服务业集聚进行研究首先要深入了解产业集聚较为成熟的理论，通过共性理论分析个性的机理，所以文章首先通过介绍外部经济理论、区位选择理论、新产业区等理论宏观把握研究的思路。其次，为了直观把握生产性服务业集聚现状，从总体和分地区分行业的角度分别采用空间基尼系数和区位熵指数对集聚水平进行测度。为了明确集聚的形成机理，采用广义最小二乘法面板数据模型对集聚的影响因素进行分析，并和理论预判进行比对，在文章的最后有针对性的提出了针对辽宁省生产性服务业集聚的政策建议。通过实证分析文章主要得出以下结论：第一，辽宁目前生产性服务业集聚现象存在但水平并不高，其中，交通业、房地产业、金融业的集聚度相对来说较高，大连和沈阳各行业的集聚水平都表现突出。第二，经济发展水平对辽宁生产性服务业集聚产生了显著正效应；外贸依存度对生产性服务业集聚呈负效应；人力资本和经济模式对集聚有显著影响但影响程度不高；制造业对传统服务业有正效应，对现代服务业有负效应。最后提出相应对策建议：加快生产性服务业从制造业的剥离，加强政府的规划和协调作用，推进市场化改革充分发挥市场对经济的决定作用，优化产业结构，促进实施人才战略等。
[Abstract]:With the continuous upgrading of the industrial structure in the world, the service industry in developed countries and regions has surpassed the secondary industry and become the pillar industry of the country, indicating that the service economy has become the mainstream of economic activities in the world today. Producer services, which are the core of service industry, have become a measure of the degree of regional economic development, and have attracted great attention from academic circles and governments. The producer services in developed countries and regions have shown the characteristics of agglomeration. Liaoning, as a large manufacturing province, needs producer service industry agglomeration to maintain regional competitiveness. Therefore, it is of great significance to study producer services agglomeration in Liaoning province. In order to study the agglomeration of producer services, it is necessary to deeply understand the more mature theory of industrial agglomeration and analyze the mechanism of individuality through the generality theory, so the article firstly introduces the theory of external economy and the theory of location choice. Secondly, in order to grasp the present situation of producer service industry agglomeration intuitively, The spatial Gini coefficient and the location entropy index are used to measure the agglomeration level from the angle of the whole and the region, respectively. In order to clarify the formation mechanism of the agglomeration, The panel data model of generalized least square method is used to analyze the influencing factors of agglomeration, and compared with the theoretical prediction. At the end of this paper, the policy recommendations for producer services agglomeration in Liaoning Province are put forward. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, the concentration of producer services exists in Liaoning, but the level is not high, among which, the concentration degree of transportation, real estate and financial industry is relatively high. The agglomeration level of various industries in Dalian and Shenyang is outstanding. Secondly, the level of economic development has a significant positive effect on producer service agglomeration in Liaoning, while the dependence on foreign trade has a negative effect on producer service agglomeration. Human capital and economic model have significant influence on agglomeration, but the degree of influence is not high, manufacturing industry has positive effect on traditional service industry and negative effect on modern service industry. Strengthen the role of government planning and coordination, promote market reform to give full play to the role of the market to the economy, optimize the industrial structure, promote the implementation of talent strategy, and so on.
