中国老龄服务产业发展研究

【摘要】：老龄服务产业是一门新兴的产业,在我国起源于20世纪80年代。到了20世纪90年代后,我国整体进入老龄化国家行列,老龄服务产业逐步受到重视,尤其是进入21世纪后,随着我国老龄化的加速,国家制定了一系列鼓励老龄服务产业发展的政策,财政支持力度也在逐步加大,老龄服务产业得到初步发展,尤其是老龄化程度较为严重的城市,老龄服务产业发展迅猛。但是老龄服务产业在发展过程中也存在一些不足,包括顶层设计的偏差、政府与市场的边界模糊、供需的结构性矛盾等。为此需要进一步加强顶层设计、厘清政府与市场的边界、加强供给侧改革等。
[Abstract]:The aging service industry is a new industry, which originated in 1980s in China. After 1990s, our country as a whole has entered the ranks of aging countries, and the aging service industry has gradually been paid attention to, especially after 21th century. With the acceleration of aging in our country, the state has formulated a series of policies to encourage the development of the service industry for the aged, and the financial support has been gradually increased, and the service industry for the elderly has been preliminarily developed, especially in cities with a serious degree of aging. The aging service industry is developing rapidly. However, there are some shortcomings in the development of the aging service industry, including the deviation of the top-level design, the blurring of the boundary between the government and the market. Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen top-level design, clarify the boundary between government and market, and strengthen supply-side reform.
