基于投入产出的辽宁省第三产业内部结构研究

【摘要】：产业结构是影响地区经济发展的关键，而第三产业结构是产业结构中最值得关注和研究的部分。第三产业的健康、协调、均衡发展，将会推动整个产业乃至整个地区的经济发展。国外关于第三产业及第三产业结构的研究已趋于成熟，主要的研究成果有：配第-克拉克定理、库兹涅茨产业结构演进理论、富克斯的服务经济理论、钱纳里发展模型理论、丹尼尔·贝尔的后工业化论、格鲁伯和沃克的理论。我国关于第三产业及第三产业结构的研究虽然起步较晚，但成果颇丰，主要集中在对第三产业的增长和比重研究，对就业的作用研究，对第三产业内部结构层次和第三产业发展等方面的研究。辽宁省经济正处于蓬勃发展时期，为了实现其可持续发展，对产业结构特别是第三产业结构做出调整，是十分必要和有意义的。本文以辽宁省第三产业内部结构为主要研究对象，对第三产业、第三产业结构和第三产业投入产出法等理论和研究成果进行梳理和分析，根据辽宁省2004-2012年统计年鉴和辽宁省2007年投入产出表的相关数据进行整理和计算，宏观上分析了辽宁省第三产业的总体构成、就业比重、固定资产投资等方面；微观上探讨了辽宁省第三产业的投入和产出基本状况、中间需求、最终需求、直接消耗系数、完全消耗系数、影响力系数和感应度系数等多个方面。得出辽宁省第三产业发展速度较为缓慢且居于弱势地位，优势产业不明确，优势产业发展不到位等结论。针对辽宁省第三产业结构存在的问题，提出应加大辽宁省第三产业所占比重，，合理安排第三产业就业，保持原有优势产业——房地产业，大力发展潜力产业——金融保险业、信息传输计算机服务业和软件业、科学研究事业和旅游业等政策建议，以期为相关部门的决策提供参考。
[Abstract]:The industrial structure is the key to the regional economic development, and the tertiary industrial structure is the most worthy of attention and research in the industrial structure. The research on the tertiary industry and the structure of the third industry has become mature, and the main research results are as follows: matched Clark theorem, Kuznets industrial structure evolution theory, Fuchs's service economy theory, Chennari's development model theory, Danielle Bell's post-industrialization theory, Gruber and Walker's theory. It mainly focuses on the study of the growth and proportion of the tertiary industry, the role of employment, the internal structure of the tertiary industry and the development of the tertiary industry. The economy of Liaoning Province is in a period of vigorous development. In order to realize its sustainable development, it is necessary and meaningful to adjust the industrial structure, especially the tertiary industrial structure. In this paper, the internal structure of the tertiary industry in Liaoning Province as the main research object, the tertiary industry, tertiary industry structure and tertiary industry input-output method and other theories and research results are combed and analyzed. According to the statistical yearbooks of Liaoning Province 2004-2012 and the related data of Liaoning Province's 2007 input-output table, this paper analyzes the overall composition, employment proportion and fixed assets investment of the tertiary industry in Liaoning Province macroscopically. Microscopically, the basic input and output conditions, intermediate demand, final demand, direct consumption coefficient, complete consumption coefficient of the tertiary industry in Liaoning Province are discussed. Influence coefficient and sensitivity coefficient, etc. It is concluded that the development speed of the tertiary industry in Liaoning Province is relatively slow and is in a weak position, and the advantage industry is not clear. In view of the problems existing in the structure of the tertiary industry in Liaoning Province, it is proposed that the proportion of the tertiary industry should be increased, the employment of the tertiary industry should be rationally arranged, and the former advantage industry-real estate industry should be maintained. We should make great efforts to develop potential industries such as finance and insurance industry, information transmission computer service industry and software industry, scientific research and tourism, and so on, in order to provide reference for relevant departments to make decisions.
