龙岩动漫科技产业园项目风险评价及对策研究

【摘要】:动漫产业作为21世纪的核心产业,在经济发展中起着不可替代的作用。近年来,中国政府开始以前所未有的力度推动动漫产业的发展,数十家动漫产业基地、动漫产业园区在各地应运“开花”,在此背景下,本文以龙岩动漫科技产业园为研究对象,研究动漫产业园区项目的风险管理问题,有着重要的理论价值和现实意义。 在对龙岩动漫科技产业园项目进行充分调研的基础上,论文结合国内动漫产业现状及发展的外部环境和内部环境,详尽地分析龙岩动漫科技产业园项目的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,,识别得到这一项目面临的主要风险有:财务风险、政策风险、技术风险、市场风险以及管理风险。论文在对主要风险进行深入分析和细化的基础上,建立了动漫产业园项目的风险评估指标体系;论文比较与吸收了专家咨询法、头脑风暴法、文献阅读法、层次分析、模糊评价的优劣,在二级风险因子的评价上,采取了专家咨询法,在此基础上,采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法相结合的模糊综合评价法,来评估风险因素和项目的整体风险。应用所给出的指标体系与步骤得到的评估结果表明:本项目的总体风险较低。根据项目的风险识别和风险评价,并结合项目实际情况,在项目具体实施的过程中,给出龙岩动漫科技产业园区项目的风险防范措施,尤其是对财务风险与政策风险的防范进行了重点的探讨,这些措施有助于项目的顺利实施、实现园区开发的各种预期目标。 本文的研究对于龙岩动漫科技产业园项目的风险管理有着指导意义,对于其他动漫产业园区的建设具有借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, animation industry as the core industry, plays an irreplaceable role in economic development. In recent years, the Chinese government has begun to promote the animation industry with unprecedented efforts, dozens of animation industry bases, Under this background, this paper takes Longyan animation industry park as the research object, studies the project risk management of animation industry park, which has important theoretical value and practical significance. On the basis of the full investigation of Longyan animation science and technology industry park project, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Longyan animation science and technology park project in detail, combining with the domestic animation industry status and the external and internal environment of the development. Opportunity and threat, identify the main risks faced by this project: financial risk, policy risk, technical risk, market risk and management risk. This paper establishes the risk assessment index system of animation industry park project, compares and absorbs the expert consultation method, brainstorming method, literature reading method, hierarchical analysis, fuzzy evaluation, in the evaluation of secondary risk factors, the paper compares and absorbs the expert consultation method, the brainstorming method, the literature reading method, the hierarchy analysis, the fuzzy evaluation. The expert consultation method is adopted. On this basis, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, which combines AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, is adopted. The evaluation results obtained by applying the index system and the steps given in this paper show that the overall risk of the project is relatively low. According to the risk identification and risk evaluation of the project, and combined with the actual situation of the project, In the process of implementing the project, the paper gives the risk prevention measures of Longyan animation science and technology park project, especially discusses the financial risk and policy risk prevention, these measures are helpful to the smooth implementation of the project. Achieve all expected goals of park development. The research of this paper has guiding significance for the project risk management of Longyan animation science and technology industry park, and has reference value for the construction of other animation industry park.
