顺义空港城现代服务业发展对策研究

【摘要】：在国际产业转移的浪潮中,各国经济活动中一个共同的趋势是服务业所占的比重越来越大,并上升为国民经济的主导产业。尤其是现代服务业,更是一个备受青睐的新领域,逐渐成为了国际市场竞争的新焦点。顺义作为首都国际机场所在地、北京重点新城、首都临空经济区和现代制造业基地,以其独特的资源禀赋,承担着发展空港物流、会议展览、国际交往、体育休闲等重要职能,在北京发展现代服务业布局中占有重要位置。本文以顺义空港城的现代服务业发展为研究对象,通过分析现代服务业的定义、分类,将现代服务业分为流通性服务业、生产性服务业、生活性服务业、公共服务业四大类。本文引用了服务业发展融合理论、服务创新理论等,综合运用PEST-SWOT分析等分析工具进行分析。根据上述理论和工具,结合本文所搜集的顺义空港城现代服务业发展的各项数据、资料,发现目前顺义空港城的现代服务业发展面临着产业内部结构不合理、业态层次偏低、生活性服务业和公共服务业发展滞后等问题。针对上述问题,本文提出了顺义空港城现代服务业发展的对策建议：依托首都国际机场的航空资源,大力发展特色航空服务业；以电子信息、生物医药、金融、会展等为代表,大力发展生产性服务业；积极推动生活性服务业的高端化、规范化、多元化：逐步完善社会公共服务业,最终将顺义区发展成为国家级临空型现代服务业发展示范区。
[Abstract]:In the tide of international industrial transfer, a common trend in the economic activities of various countries is that the service industry accounts for an increasing proportion and rises to the leading industry of the national economy. Especially, the modern service industry is a popular new field. Shunyi, as the seat of the capital international airport, Beijing's key new city, the capital airport economic zone and the modern manufacturing base, is undertaking the development of airport logistics with its unique resource endowment. Conference and exhibition, international communication, sports leisure and other important functions play an important role in the development of modern service industry in Beijing. This paper takes the development of modern service industry in Shunyi Airport City as the research object. By analyzing the definition and classification of modern service industry, the modern service industry is divided into circulating service industry, producer service industry and living service industry. Four categories of public service industry. This paper cites the service industry development integration theory, service innovation theory and so on, synthetically uses the PEST-SWOT analysis tool to carry on the analysis. According to the above theory and the tool, Based on the data collected in this paper on the development of modern service industry in Shunyi Airport City, it is found that the development of modern service industry in Shunyi Airport City is faced with unreasonable internal structure of industry and low level of business status. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of modern service industry in Shunyi Airport: relying on the aviation resources of Capital International Airport, developing the characteristic aviation service industry; With electronic information, biomedicine, finance, exhibition and so on as the representative, vigorously develop producer services, actively promote the high-end, standardized and diversified living service industry: gradually improve the social public service industry, Finally, Shunyi District will be developed into a national air-front modern service development demonstration area.
