酒店合理用能的分析建模与应用

【摘要】：近年来国家越来越重视智慧城市的建设,智慧酒店属于智慧城市的一个子课题。本文着眼于酒店合理用能的分析建模与应用,通过寻找酒店用能与影响因素之间的关系,进一步探究影响因素对酒店用能的影响程度.本文通过对IPAT和STIRPAT模型的理论研究,基于这两个模型能够很好地反应人口经济发展和科学技术作用对环境成的冲击或影响,建立扩展的STIRPAT模型应用于酒店用能,得到酒店用能跟用能影响因素之间的恒等关系,紧接着利用LMDI分解法对酒店用能影响因素进行分解,得到对酒店影响因素在酒店用能变化中的贡献程度。对酒店合理用能定额的研究,首先基于扩展的SPIRPAT模型,建立酒店用能与影响因素之间的恒等式,通过修正用能影响因素得到最终的酒店用能指标,进而利用四分位数确定酒店合理用能定额,最后通过积分中值定理的逆向应用,把酒店用能定额的年合理值粒化到更小的时间段。本文的应用利用一家五星级酒店2006年1-12月月份的用能数据,基于STIRPAT模型构建了一个基于入住率、单位面积营业收入、温度因素、单位营业收入所需用能的酒店用能恒等式,运用LMDI分解法对这几个因素进行分解,结果表明:入住率、单位面积营业收入是酒店单位面积用能增长的主要因素,单位收入所需用能(技术水平)则是抑制酒店单位面积用能增长主要的因素。对酒店用能模型的研究,有利于寻找导致酒店用能变化的主要因素,进行有针对的节能管理,当酒店用能出现异常时,可根据酒店用能影响因素的贡献值进行有针对性的节能管控。对酒店合理用能定额的研究有利于酒店管理者采取相应的节能管控,可为某区域同一星级的酒店制定酒店合理用能定额,为政府采取酒店用能超额加价和节能奖励提供依据。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the country pays more and more attention to the construction of the intelligent city, and the wisdom hotel belongs to a sub-subject of the wisdom city. This paper focuses on the analysis, modeling and application of the hotel's rational energy use, and finds out the relationship between the hotel energy use and the influencing factors. Through the theoretical study of IPAT and STIRPAT models, based on these two models can well reflect the impact or impact of population and economic development and the role of science and technology on the environment. The extended STIRPAT model is established and applied to the hotel energy, and the identity relationship between the hotel energy use and the energy use influence factors is obtained. Then, the LMDI decomposition method is used to decompose the hotel energy use influence factors. In this paper, we get the degree of contribution of the influencing factors to the change of hotel energy use. Firstly, based on the extended SPIRPAT model, the identity between the hotel energy consumption and the influencing factors is established. The final hotel energy consumption index is obtained by modifying the factors of energy use, and then the rational hotel energy consumption quota is determined by quartile. Finally, the reverse application of the integral mean value theorem is adopted. Based on the energy use data of a five-star hotel from 2006 to December, the paper constructs a unit area revenue based on occupancy rate based on STIRPAT model. The LMDI decomposition method is used to decompose the temperature factor and the hotel energy identity of the unit operating income. The results show that the occupancy rate and the operating income per unit area are the main factors for the increase of the energy consumption per unit area of the hotel. The energy consumption (technical level) per unit income is the main factor to restrain the increase of hotel energy use per unit area. The study of hotel energy use model is helpful to find out the main factors that lead to the change of hotel energy use, and to carry out targeted energy saving management. When the hotel energy consumption is abnormal, it can be controlled according to the contribution value of the hotel energy use factors. The study of the hotel reasonable energy use quota is helpful for the hotel managers to take the corresponding energy saving control. It can make the rational energy consumption quota for the same star hotel in a certain area, and provide the basis for the government to adopt the hotel energy excess price increase and the energy saving reward.
