【摘要】：随着知识资源的日益扩张和信息技术的迅猛发展,知识密集型服务业以其高知识度、高技术度、高互动度和高创新度,在国家经济及区域产业结构升级中的驱动作用不断增强,日益显现出未来经济增长发动机的功能,成为新的经济增长点。江苏省正处于国民经济结构向"ⅢⅡⅠ"转型的关键时期,促进知识密集型服务业的发展,对地区经济而言至关重要。
