长春高新区现代服务业发展规划的研究

【摘要】：本文主要内容从服务业的定义入手，分析国际国内服务业发展的历史和现状，研究服务业的发展趋势和发展方向。参考国内外关于服务业的相关研究，针对长春高新区现有服务业的现状，规划服务业未来的发展方向提出建议，并按省市政府提出的未来五年产业发展纲要的要求，强化高新区服务业方面的研究工作。 通过数据总结高新区发展经验，对保证长春高新区持续快速的发展有着重要的意义。现有服务业的占比较低，制约了长春高新开发区地方财税收入和未来高新区的进一步的发展。本文结合长春高新区现有服务业发展的现状，总结现有高新区服务经验和成果，发现高新区服务业发展过程中的不足，探索高新区服务业的发展规划及措施，，有针对性的对高新区服务业的发展提出建议。
[Abstract]:The main content of this paper starts with the definition of service industry, analyzes the history and present situation of international and domestic service industry development, studies the development trend and direction of service industry, and refers to the relevant research on service industry at home and abroad. In view of the present situation of the service industry in Changchun High-tech Zone, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the future development direction of the service industry, and strengthens the research work of the service industry in the high-tech zone according to the requirements of the outline of industrial development in the next five years put forward by the provincial and municipal governments. Summing up the development experience of high-tech zones through data is of great significance to ensure the sustained and rapid development of Changchun high-tech zones. It restricts the further development of the local finance and tax revenue and the future high-tech zones in Changchun High-Tech Development Zone. This paper summarizes the service experience and achievements of the existing high-tech development zones in Changchun High-Tech Development Zone in light of the current situation of the service industry development in Changchun High-Tech Development Zone. This paper finds out the deficiencies in the development of service industry in high-tech zones, probes into the development plan and measures of service industry in high-tech zones, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of service industries in high-tech zones.
