【摘要】：人们所谓健康,已不单单是没有疾病的身体康健,还涉及了深层面的精神健康以及对社会生活的适应性。这种健康意识的转变,在一定程度上,健康服务的需求已经增加需求,为了满足需求,促成了健康服务业的发展。鉴于健康服务业快速增长的需求、产业的发展影响对刺激就业和稳定社会经济的突出作用。延边州发展健康服务业成为延边州经济发展的的有效途径和扩大就业的重要举措。延边州区位优势明显,医疗机构基础较好,及市场空间广阔等优势,具有发展高端优质健康服务业的条件。发展健康服务业对延边州有重大的社会意义和经济意义。在健康服务业越来越重视的背景下,健康服务以庞大的社会需求,成为健康产业最根本的基石,研究延边州健康服务业发展具有经济和社会意义。在温饱问题还没有得到解决的时期,健康主要是指治疗疾病,随着生产水平的提高和人们的观念的改善,健康保养、亚健康调理和疾病的调理在健康服务中的占比越来越大需求已经大幅增长。不限于医疗物理治疗,整体考虑健康服务。不只单一集中在医疗服务业的现状成果研究,不独针对疾病的治疗,而是从大健康观念中获取,从健康服务业三大行业:医疗服务,健康管理服务,健康保险服务等方面进行研究。本文侧重分析了延边州健康服务业发展现状以及发展中存在的问题,提出了健康服务业多层次个性化发展的对策和建议。从宏观角度,政府和市场两个层次探求健康服务业发展的机遇,以满足强大的社会消费需求,更有效地运行市场机制,实现市场在资源配置中的基础性作用。健康服务业的产业布局以及产业结构的多角度深层次合理化发展,为延边州健康服务业的发展提供理论支持和政策扶持,加快了民族地区产业经济的有效发展。在尽可能满足居民健康服务的消费需求同时,引导居民健康消费的合理化,不断提升居民健康素养和健康生活水平为根本。
