户外运动俱乐部经营业绩评价指标体系研究

【摘要】:户外运动于20世纪80年代初期传入我国,虽然传入时间较短,但发展势头迅猛,迅速的发展必然带来很多问题。本文主要以户外俱乐部为主要研究对象,阅读大量有关户外运动和企业经营业绩的文献资料,根据户外运动俱乐部的特殊性,构建适合我国户外运动俱乐部经营业绩指标评价体系。对三个不同地区不同经营时期的俱乐部的经营业绩的案例,进行对比分析。统计调查问卷和专家访谈的结果,运用SPSS和EXCEL软件,最终统计出三个户外运动俱乐部在财务指标和非财务指标方面的结果,如下: 北京远飞鸟户外运动俱乐部的综合评价值为70.3419,按本文的划分处于业绩增长期。其中,财务指标的权重值比较大,说明财务状况良好,符合业绩增长型企业发展的要求;而在非财务指标中,,教练员和创新方面的评价指标相对高些,表明该俱乐部的发展是以顾客和会员为中心,并且既丰富又完善了户外运动技能等培训内容和方式,同时也采取了科学有效的管理方式。 青岛健野户外运动俱乐部的综合评价值为60.5926,同样也是处于业绩增长期。说明该俱乐部能够按照既定的标准运作,管理体系比较完善。但分析数据得出:虽然俱乐部的财务状况良好,但是其偿债能力和资产运营情况都存在着隐患;非财务指标中,顾客的满意度、运营状况等评价值比较低,表明对创新的理解和实施能力不足。 福州拓步户外运动俱乐部的综合评价值为51.7735,属于业绩徘徊型企业。说明了该俱乐部业绩已经展开,并逐步走向正规,经营管理理念比较明确,但还没有付诸于实际行动。而通过数据的对比发现,拓步户外运动俱乐部没有对俱乐部的发展有个科学合理的规划与管理,尤其是在学习和创新层面上的投入不足。 为有效解决这些问题,提出要重视经理人的作用;提高教练员素质,定期适当进行教练员和员工培训;从强化顾客意识、识别顾客需求和满足顾客需求三个方面,提高顾客满意度,从而稳步提高户外运动俱乐部的经营业绩,使我国户外运动俱乐部健康、持续、稳定的发展。
[Abstract]:Outdoor sports was introduced into our country in the beginning of 1980s, although the introduction time is short, but the development momentum is swift and violent, the rapid development inevitably brings a lot of questions. This article mainly takes the outdoor club as the main research object, Read a lot of literature about outdoor sports and business performance, according to the particularity of outdoor sports clubs, This paper sets up an evaluation system suitable for the operating performance of outdoor sports clubs in China. It makes a comparative analysis of the cases of the operating performance of the clubs in three different regions and different periods of operation, and the results of the statistical questionnaire and expert interviews. Using SPSS and EXCEL software, the results of the three outdoor sports clubs in financial indicators and non-financial indicators are as follows:. The comprehensive evaluation value of Beijing far Flying Bird Outdoor Sports Club is 70.3419, which is in the period of performance growth according to the division of this paper. But in the non-financial index, the evaluation index of coaches and innovation is relatively high, which indicates that the development of the club is customer-centered and member-centered, and both enriches and perfects the training contents and methods such as outdoor sports skills, etc. At the same time, scientific and effective management has been adopted. The comprehensive evaluation value of Qingdao Jianye Outdoor Sports Club is 60.5926, which is also in the period of performance growth. The management system is relatively perfect. But the analysis data show that although the club's financial situation is good, but its solvency and assets operation are hidden dangers, non-financial indicators, customer satisfaction, operating conditions and other evaluation values are relatively low, It shows that the ability to understand and implement innovation is insufficient. The comprehensive evaluation value of Fuzhou extension outdoor sports club is 51.7735, which belongs to the performance hovering enterprise. But it has not been put into practice, and through the comparison of data, it is found that there is no scientific and reasonable planning and management for the development of the club, especially the lack of investment on the level of learning and innovation. In order to solve these problems effectively, we should pay attention to the role of managers, improve the quality of coaches, conduct regular and appropriate training of coaches and staff, strengthen customer awareness, identify customer needs and meet customer needs. In order to improve the satisfaction degree of customers, the management performance of outdoor sports clubs can be improved steadily, and the outdoor sports clubs in our country will develop healthily, continuously and steadily.
