【摘要】:自改革开放以来,中国的经济、文化迅速发展,社会不断进步,使得成功商务人士的生活和工作意识也随之发生了变化,不再一味的坐在四四方方的办公室里洽谈业务,不再入住标准统一化的商务酒店,他们更希望能有一个工作生活一体化的空间,此外,商务人士需要生意上的沟通,需要补充新鲜的信息,结识更多的合作伙伴,这些都是在其它场合没办法得到的,而商务会所的出现,极大的满足了商务人士的这种需求。随着中国更加国际化和经济的繁荣,为高档的商务会所提供了肥沃土壤,近几年,商务会所在国内发展迅速,可以说是当今服务业中的新兴产业,也是目前正面临重大发展机遇和重要挑战的行业。会所作为一种特殊的商业形态,有着独特的商业运作的价值。 本论文通过六章的分析,运用企业战略管理理论与工具以及SWOT分析法,对会所的外部宏观环境和行业环境进行分析,找出AB商务会所面临的机会和威胁,通过对会所内部环境的分析,结合会所自身的实际情况,找出AB商务会所的优势和劣势,帮助会所发挥自身的优势,消除或者改进自身劣势,充分把握机遇,因势利导,化解威胁,以此为AB商务会所制定出切实可行的战略定位和目标;针对AB商务会所的实际情况,制定会所发展战略,即合作共赢的发展战略、差异化的竞争战略和利基成长战略,以及具体的战略实施保障措施。这对于AB商务会所参与市场竞争,获得竞争优势以及良性发展具有积极、重要的现实意义,也对会所未来几年的发展有着积极的战略指导意义,同时希望能够给其他会所的发展提供一定的参考价值和借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's rapid economic and cultural development, social progress, the successful business people's sense of life and work has also changed, no longer blindly sitting in the four sides of the office to negotiate business. Instead of staying at the standard The Business Inn, they want a space where work and life are integrated. In addition, business people need business communication, fresh information, and more partners. These are not available on other occasions, and the emergence of business clubs has greatly met the needs of business people. As China becomes more international and economically prosperous, it has provided fertile ground for upscale business clubs in recent years. Business clubhouse is developing rapidly in our country, which is a new industry in service industry, and it is also facing great development opportunity and challenge. As a special commercial form, clubhouse has a unique value of commercial operation. Through the analysis of six chapters, using the theory and tools of enterprise strategic management and SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the external macro environment and industry environment of the club, and finds out the opportunities and threats that AB business club faces. Through the analysis of the inner environment of the clubhouse and the actual situation of the clubhouse, we can find out the advantages and disadvantages of the AB business clubhouse, help the clubhouse bring its own advantages into full play, eliminate or improve its inferiority, fully grasp the opportunity, and guide the situation in the light of the situation. In order to resolve the threat, we can work out the feasible strategic orientation and target for AB business club. According to the actual situation of AB business club, we should formulate the development strategy of AB business club, that is, cooperation and win-win development strategy. The differentiated competition strategy and niche growth strategy, as well as the specific strategy implementation safeguard measures, have positive and important practical significance for AB business club to participate in market competition, gain competitive advantage and develop healthily. It also has positive strategic guiding significance for the development of clubhouse in the next few years, and hopes to provide certain reference value and reference function for the development of other clubs at the same time.
