【摘要】:作为国民经济的重要组成部分,服务业的发展水平是衡量现代社会经济发达程度的重要标志。20世纪60年代以来,全球呈现出工业型经济向服务型经济转型的趋势。我国服务业也实现了较快发展,规模总量不断扩大,就业贡献不断提高,2011年我国服务业对GDP的贡献率达到43.8%,服务业增加值年均增速18.2%,高于GDP增速,服务业就业人数比重也达到35.7%。但相比西方发达国家,发展仍相当落后。中部作为东西南北经济合作的桥梁与枢纽,起着承接东西、贯通南北、吸引四面、辐射八方的作用,在我国区域发展格局中处于十分重要的地位,湖北、湖南、安徽、江西、河南和山西六省也形成了举足轻重的中部区域经济体系。而作为现代企业组织的高级形式,上市公司不仅仅作为经济组织,在某种程度上已成为区域经济和竞争力的代表。因此,对比分析中部六省服务业的发展现状及上市公司情况,全面揭示中部服务业发展趋势,以及提出中提升部六省服务业上市公司竞争力的对策及建议显得十分重要与必要。 本文文共分为六章:第一章绪论,介绍研究提出的背景、目的和意义,对服务业和上市公司竞争力相关理论进行回顾,并结合国内外研究现状,提出本文的研究内容与方法;第二章中部六省服务业发展现状与趋势,首先回顾了我国服务业的发展阶段,其次根据2002-2011的历史数据分别从中部六省服务业增加值总量、吸纳就业情况和服务业行业构成三个方面对中部六省服务业发展现状进行分析,最后对中部六省服务业发展趋势进行阐述;第三章中部六省服务业上市公司总体状况分析,首先对本文的研究样本进行界定,然后利用2012年的面板数据分别对上市公司进行规模分析和结构分析,包括数量规模、资产规模、股本规模和时间结构、地域结构、属性结构、行业结构的分析;第四章中部六省服务业上市公司财务竞争力评价,利用上市公司的财务数据构建评价指标体系,通过模糊综合评价方法对其财务竞争力进行评价;第五章中部六省服务业上市公司发展对策及建议,分别从政府层面和公司层面提出相关对策及政策建议;第六章为全文总结与研究展望。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the national economy, the development level of the service industry is an important symbol to measure the degree of economic development in modern society. The global trend of transition from industrial economy to service-oriented economy has been shown. China's service industry has also achieved relatively rapid development, and the total scale of the service industry has been continuously expanding. The contribution rate of service industry to GDP reached 43.8% in 2011, the average annual growth rate of added value of service industry was 18.2%, which was higher than that of GDP growth, and the employment ratio of service industry reached 35.70.But compared with western developed countries, The central region, as a bridge and hub for economic cooperation between the east and the west, plays the role of undertaking east-west, connecting the north and the south, attracting all sides, and radiating the eight sides. It is in a very important position in the regional development pattern of our country. Hubei, Hunan, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan and Shanxi provinces have also formed important regional economic systems in the central region. As an advanced form of modern enterprise organizations, listed companies are not merely economic organizations. To some extent, it has become the representative of regional economy and competitiveness. It is very important and necessary to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the competitiveness of service companies in six provinces. The thesis is divided into six chapters: the first chapter introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, reviews the relevant theories of the competitiveness of the service industry and listed companies, and puts forward the research contents and methods of this paper in combination with the current research situation at home and abroad; In the second chapter, the current situation and trend of service industry in six central provinces are reviewed. Firstly, the development stage of service industry in China is reviewed, and then, according to the historical data of 2002-2011, the total added value of service industry in the six central provinces is analyzed. This paper analyzes the current situation of service industry development in six central provinces from three aspects of employment absorption and service industry composition, and finally expounds the development trend of service industry in six central provinces. Chapter three analyzes the general situation of service listed companies in six central provinces. First of all, we define the research sample of this paper, then use the panel data in 2012 to analyze the size and structure of listed companies, including quantitative scale, asset size, equity size and time structure, regional structure, attribute structure. The fourth chapter is the evaluation of the financial competitiveness of the service companies in six provinces of central China. The evaluation index system is constructed by using the financial data of the listed companies, and the financial competitiveness of the listed companies is evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The fifth chapter of the six central provinces of the development of listed companies in the service industry countermeasures and suggestions, respectively from the government level and the company level to put forward the relevant countermeasures and policy recommendations; chapter VI is a summary of the full text and research prospects.
