【摘要】:近年来随着智能手机的兴起和网络的普及,传统的网吧行业受到了巨大的冲击,以上网机时收入为主要收入来源的盈利模式已经不能维持网吧行业的基本生存,行业规模开始迅速萎缩。A公司做为广东省内最大的连锁网吧管理公司,通过对市场的判断和主流上网人群的分析,,迅速做出战略调整,实行以网吧渠道为主发展网游业务的新网吧营运模式。为了配合公司的战略实现,A公司营运管理团队的再建设势在必行。 学习型组织理论做为目前前沿的管理理论之一,因其强大的环境适应性、学习变革性、创新性而被众多企业所采纳。本研究以A公司营运管理团队为研究对象,在学习型组织理论和人力资源管理理论的基础上,运用调查法、案例分析法,文献研究法、定性分析法(访谈法)等研究手段,对A公司营运管理团队的现状进行诊断和研究,提出建设学习型营运管理团队的策略,同时给出建设与之相匹配的人力资源管理制度的调整策略。 本文共分为四章,第一章阐述了本研究的研究背景和意义,以学习型组织和人力资源管理理论知识做为理论基础,并简要介绍了本研究的研究思路和研究方法;第二章介绍了A公司的概况、A公司运营概况和A公司营运管理团队的概况和现状,并对现状进行的分析和概括;第三章通过对营运管理团队现状的调研和分析,发现A公司营运管理团队存在的问题和不足,提出了建设学习型团队的方向,针对调研中发现的问题,给出建设学习型营运管理团队的诊断;第四章从组织建设和人力资源系统两个维度对于A公司建设学习型营运管理团队提出调整策略。本研究在现有的营运管理团队框架下,对团队组织结构进行了再设计,调整营运管理团队人力资源管理制度,提出建设学习型营运管理团队的策略。为连锁网吧行业在行业萎缩的大环境下,寻找新的运营管理模式,实现企业再生提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rise of smart phones and the popularity of the Internet, the traditional Internet cafes industry has suffered a huge impact. The profit model, which takes the Internet as the main source of income, can no longer maintain the basic survival of the Internet cafes industry. As the largest chain of Internet caf 茅 management companies in Guangdong Province, the industry scale began to shrink rapidly. By judging the market and analyzing the mainstream Internet users, the company quickly made strategic adjustments. In order to cooperate with the strategy of the company, it is imperative to implement the new operation mode of Internet cafes, which mainly develops the Internet game business, in order to realize the re-construction of the operating management team of the company in accordance with the company's strategy. As one of the leading edge management theories, learning organization theory has been adopted by many enterprises because of its strong environmental adaptability, learning innovation and innovation. On the basis of learning organization theory and human resource management theory, using investigation method, case analysis method, literature research method, qualitative analysis method (interview method) and other research means, this paper makes a diagnosis and research on the current situation of A company's operating management team. The strategy of building a learning management team is put forward, and the adjustment strategy of the corresponding human resource management system is also given. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes the research background and significance of the study, with learning organization and human resources management theory as the theoretical basis, and a brief introduction of the research ideas and research methods; The second chapter introduces the general situation of company A and the general situation of company A and the operation management team of company A, and analyzes and generalizes the present situation. Chapter three, through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the operation management team, Find out the problems and shortcomings of the operating management team in company A, put forward the direction of building the learning team, and give the diagnosis of the construction learning operation management team in view of the problems found in the investigation. The fourth chapter puts forward the adjustment strategy for the learning operation management team of company A from the two dimensions of organization construction and human resource system. This study redesigns the organizational structure of the team under the framework of the existing operation management team. The human resource management system of operation management team is adjusted and the strategy of constructing learning operation management team is put forward in order to provide reference for the chain internet bar industry to seek new operation management mode and realize enterprise regeneration under the environment of industry shrinking.
