我国第三产业发展与就业增长的关系研究

【摘要】：第三产业在全球范围内的蓬勃发展是现代经济发展的客观要求，其发展水平是衡量一个国家经济发达程度和现代化水平的重要标志第三产业对缓解社会就业压力有着重要的作用，因此不管是发达国家还是发展中国家，都把第三产业的发展作为解决劳动就业的重要途径改革开放以来，我国第三产业得到了较快发展并对就业做出了重要贡献然而，与发达国家相比，，我国第三产业发展还比较落后目前发达国家第三产业的就业比重一般在60%以上，有的甚至超过了70%，第三产业成为发达国家就业的主要产业我国第三产业就业比重不到35%，第三产业在吸纳劳动力就业方面具有很大的发展空间加快发展第三产业有利于缓解我国劳动就业的压力，是扩大城乡就业门路和实现剩余劳动力转移的重要途径本文分析了我国第三产业发展现状发展特征和存在的主要问题，并阐明发展第三产业的重要战略意义；分析了我国就业的现状和就业形势在此基础上对我国第三产业发展与就业增长的关系进行实证研究通过对三大产业就业弹性进行比较分析，进一步研究第三产业的发展对劳动力的吸纳能力文章主要得到了以下结论：第三产业与就业增长之间存在着长期协同互动和短期动态关系当第三产业发展偏离常态时，将会更快地调整到均衡状态，而劳动就业增长的变化则主要以短期波动为主第三产业产值滞后期对当期值有显著的影响，第三产业发展表现为相互促进的累积过程我国第三产业内部结构不甚合理，第三产业发展对就业的拉动作用尚未得到有效释放第三产业在吸纳劳动力就业方面具有很大的发展空间，应该加快劳动力向第三产业转移的步伐劳动力投入是影响第三产业发展的重要因素，就业因素促进了第三产业的发展，第三产业就业机会增加促进了第三产业的发展第三产业就业吸纳弹性远大于第一第二产业第一产业出现大量的剩余劳动力，并向第二第三产业转移第二产业对劳动力的吸纳能力在急剧减弱，随着经济的发展，第三产业已成为吸纳劳动力的主要渠道第三产业中批发零售业住宿餐饮业居民服务业房地产业金融业可以极大地促进就业的增长
[Abstract]:The vigorous development of the tertiary industry in the global scope is the objective requirement of modern economic development.Its level of development is an important symbol of the degree of economic development and modernization of a country. The tertiary industry plays an important role in alleviating the pressure of social employment, so whether it is developed or developing,Both regard the development of the tertiary industry as an important way to solve the problem of labor employment. Since the reform and opening up, the tertiary industry in China has developed rapidly and made important contributions to employment. However, compared with the developed countries,China's tertiary industry still lags behind at present, the proportion of employment of the tertiary industry in developed countries is generally above 60%.Some even exceeded 70%. The tertiary industry has become the main industry of employment in developed countries. The proportion of tertiary industry employment in our country is less than 35%. The tertiary industry has a great space for development in terms of absorbing the employment of the labor force and speeding up the development of the tertiary industry.Conducive to alleviating the pressure of labor and employment in China,It is an important way to expand the employment path of urban and rural areas and to realize the transfer of surplus labor force.This paper analyzes the characteristics and main problems of the development of the tertiary industry in China, and expounds the important strategic significance of the development of the tertiary industry.This paper analyzes the present situation and employment situation of China's employment. On this basis, it makes an empirical study on the relationship between the development of the tertiary industry and the growth of employment in China, and makes a comparative analysis of the employment elasticity of the three major industries.Further research on the development of the tertiary industry on the absorptive capacity of the labor force the article mainly obtained the following conclusions:There is a long-term synergistic interaction and short-term dynamic relationship between tertiary industry and employment growth. When the development of tertiary industry deviates from normal, it will be adjusted to equilibrium state more quickly.On the other hand, the change of labor and employment growth is mainly short term fluctuation. The lag of output value of tertiary industry has significant influence on the value of the current period. The development of tertiary industry shows a mutually promoting accumulation process, and the internal structure of tertiary industry in China is not very reasonable.The role of the tertiary industry in employment has not yet been effectively released. The tertiary industry has great room for development in absorbing the employment of the labor force. The pace of the transfer of labor to the tertiary industry should be quickened.Labor input is an important factor affecting the development of the tertiary industry. Employment factors promote the development of the tertiary industry.The increase of employment opportunities in the tertiary industry has promoted the development of the tertiary industry. The elasticity of employment absorption in the tertiary industry is much greater than that in the primary and secondary industries, which has a large amount of surplus labor.And the ability of the second industry to absorb the labor force has been sharply weakened, with the development of the economy.Tertiary industry has become the main channel to absorb labor force in the tertiary industry, wholesale, retail, accommodation, catering, service, service, real estate, real estate, financial industry can greatly promote the growth of employment
