延边服务外包企业集群竞争力研究

【摘要】:信息和通讯技术的高速发展,打破服务贸易的不可行性,服务外包成为跨国公司或集团进行全球资源整合的新利润源泉。同时,对于承接方来说,服务外包业以其信息技术承载度高、附加值大、资源消耗低、环境污染少、吸纳就业(特别是大学生就业)能力强、国际化水平高等特点,引起了众多国家的关注。服务外包业作为新兴产业成为很多国家的重点发展领域之一,也成为众多经济学、管理学学者的热门研究课题。 服务外包业的迅速发展成就了美国硅谷、印度的班加罗尔等服务外包企业集群或集成体,我国也在各级城市建立了自己的服务外包基地、产业园、高新区等.无论是人为的、还是自然转移形成的,服务外包企业多是以集群的形式存在,对外呈现整体性的竞争力,影响这种竞争力的因素有哪些?如何评价这种竞争力的大小?以及我们的竞争优势又是哪些?这些都是服务外包研究必须解决的理论问题。 明确服务外包企业集群竞争力如何评价之前,搞清楚以下问题是关键:服务外包、企业集群、集群竞争力是什么?服务外包产生的动因是什么?如何进行外包决策?决策中发包方会考虑哪些因素?双方的关系有哪些类型?建立成功的外包关系应注意哪些方面?这些都是服务外包企业以及服务外包企业集群在激烈的竞争中获得竞争优势必须掌握的内容。本文首先系统的梳理了服务外包产生的动因、决策及服务外包关系的类型、治理等理论,使读者们对服务外包流程有个清楚的认识,然后明确界定服务外包、企业集群、集群竞争力的概念,为服务外包企业集群竞争力的研究提供理论支持,再通过对服务外包影响因素理论的研究,采用内容分析法将服务外包企业集群竞争力的影响因素提炼出来,以企业集群竞争力评价模型GEM模型为基础构建服务外包企业集群竞争力模型3M模型,最终运用层次分析法为服务外包企业集群竞争力评价指标赋权,并用调研的方式对延边服务外包企业集群竞争力进行了测量,根据统计分析的结果对延边服务外包企业集群的发展提出若干意见和建议。本文对于服务外包理论的完善具有积极的作用,也为将来学者们的研究提供了一个很好的方向,同时本文对服务外包企业集群的自清及发展具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) has broken the infeasibility of trade in services, and outsourcing of services has become a new source of profit for multinational corporations or groups to integrate global resources. The service outsourcing industry is characterized by its high bearing capacity of information technology, high added value, low consumption of resources, less environmental pollution, strong ability to absorb employment (especially for college students), and high level of internationalization. As a new industry, the service outsourcing industry has become one of the key areas of development in many countries, and has become a hot research topic for many scholars of economics and management. The rapid development of the service outsourcing industry has resulted in clusters or integrations of service outsourcing enterprises such as Silicon Valley in the United States, Bangalore in India and so on. China has also established its own service outsourcing bases, industrial parks, high-tech zones and so on in cities at all levels. Whether man-made, Or the formation of natural transfer, service outsourcing enterprises are mostly in the form of clusters, the external presentation of the overall competitiveness, what are the factors that affect this competitiveness? How can this competitiveness be evaluated? And what are our competitive advantages? These are the theoretical problems that must be solved in the research of service outsourcing. Before defining how to evaluate the competitiveness of service outsourcing enterprises cluster, it is the key to find out the following questions: service outsourcing, enterprise cluster, cluster competitiveness? What is the motivation of service outsourcing? How to make outsourcing decisions? What factors will the contractor consider in the decision? What are the types of relationships between the two parties? What aspects should be taken into account in establishing a successful outsourcing relationship? These are the contents that service outsourcing enterprises and service outsourcing enterprises clusters must master to gain competitive advantage in the fierce competition. Firstly, this paper systematically combs the causes, decision-making and types of relationship between service outsourcing and service outsourcing. The theory of governance makes readers have a clear understanding of the service outsourcing process, and then clearly defines the concepts of service outsourcing, enterprise cluster, cluster competitiveness, and provides theoretical support for the research of service outsourcing enterprise cluster competitiveness. Then through the research on the theory of influencing factors of service outsourcing, the paper abstracts the influencing factors of the cluster competitiveness of service outsourcing enterprises by content analysis. Based on the GEM model of enterprise cluster competitiveness evaluation model, this paper constructs 3M model of service outsourcing enterprise cluster competitiveness model, and finally uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to empower service outsourcing enterprise cluster competitiveness evaluation index. The competitiveness of Yanbian service outsourcing enterprises cluster is measured by means of investigation and research. According to the results of statistical analysis, some suggestions are put forward for the development of Yanbian service outsourcing enterprise cluster. This paper has a positive effect on the improvement of service outsourcing theory, and also provides a good direction for future scholars to study. At the same time, this paper has important practical significance for the self-cleaning and development of service outsourcing enterprise cluster.
