服务外包中冗余知识再配置机理研究

【摘要】:中国服务外包企业长期从事相似类型的重复性的接包业务,这些企业通过经验学习在企业内部形成了大量的冗余知识,企业面临着现有知识部分闲置、有效知识又极为匮乏的两种问题并存的尴尬处境,由于新知识来源有限,冗余知识对于服务外包企业而言又是一种亟待转化的有效知识。如何对冗余知识进行再配置是服务外包企业面临的一个亟待解决的问题。 在研究中,本文以扎根理论为基础,探索服务外包在理论上的发展规律,并以中国服务外包企业的创新困境为对象,挖掘服务外包企业在服务创新过程中面临的关键问题;从探究冗余知识在企业中的存在特征和类型划分入手,对不同类型的冗余知识进的沉淀原因行了分析,运用知识元的描述方法找到冗余知识的形成机理,借用思维科学理论的概念和方法,从知识元的时态变化和状态变化两个方向来说明冗余知识的演化方向;通过区分服务外包企业中新知识的来源,明确冗余知识再配置的基础条件;通过分析证明,当新知识进入企业的知识库后,与原有知识融合,经过知识逆结构化和内化过程,促进知识的应用和吸收,使原有冗余知识得到重新配置,并基于这样的分析基础,架构了冗余知识再配置模型,并通过建立结构方程模型加以验证。 本文主要内容共分为六章,即第一章:介绍论文的研究背景、研究内容及论文所涉及的研究方法和技术路线;第二章:对服务外包的内涵进行界定,将研究对象锁定在软件外包企业,同时通过总结服务外包企业的特征,挖掘服务外包企业创新的基础条件,由此,在知识管理和价值链理论的视角下,探索服务外包企业的创新困境的形成原因和影响要素;第三章:基于知识螺旋理论,界定冗余知识的概念、内涵及特征,从冗余知识的来源入手对冗余知识进行分类,并针对各类冗余知识的具体沉淀原因进行分析,并在此基础上建立冗余知识的演化模型;第四章:通过对冗余知识再配置的基础条件进行探索性因子分析,建立冗余知识再配置的理论模型,对其构成变量进行具体解构;第五章:通过确定研究方法,选取企业样本,设计调查问卷,对问卷进行信度及效度分析,建立结构方程模型,对冗余知识再配置的理论模型进行研究;第六章:对全文进行系统总结,提炼全文的创新点,并在现有研究基础上指明未来研究方向。 本文的研究有助于提高服务外包企业对于自身创新困境的认识,帮助企业找到现有资源要进行重新配置关键机理及所需要的基础条件,拓展服务外包企业知识管理的方法路径,增加中国服务外包企业进行资源配置的可操作性和有效性,对于帮助中国服务外包企业摆脱现有的知识创新困境具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Chinese service outsourcing enterprises have been engaged in similar types of repetitive contracting business for a long time. These enterprises form a large amount of redundant knowledge within the enterprises through experience learning, and the enterprises are faced with the idle part of the existing knowledge.Due to the limited sources of new knowledge, redundant knowledge is an effective knowledge that needs to be transformed urgently for service outsourcing enterprises.How to reconfigure redundant knowledge is an urgent problem for service outsourcing enterprises.In the research, based on the rooted theory, this paper explores the development law of service outsourcing in theory, and takes the innovation dilemma of Chinese service outsourcing enterprises as the object, and excavates the key problems that service outsourcing enterprises face in the process of service innovation.Starting with the exploration of the existing characteristics and types of redundant knowledge in enterprises, this paper analyzes the precipitation reasons of different types of redundant knowledge, and finds out the formation mechanism of redundant knowledge by using the description method of knowledge element.By using the concept and method of thinking science theory, this paper explains the evolution direction of redundant knowledge from two directions of temporal change and state change of knowledge element, and distinguishes the source of new knowledge in service outsourcing enterprise.The basic conditions of redundant knowledge reconfiguration are defined, and it is proved that when the new knowledge enters the knowledge base of the enterprise, the knowledge is merged with the original knowledge, and through the process of knowledge inverse structure and internalization, the application and absorption of knowledge are promoted.The redundant knowledge is reconfigured, and based on this analysis, the redundant knowledge reconfiguration model is constructed and verified by establishing the structural equation model.The main content of this paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter: introduce the research background, research content, research methods and technical route involved in the paper; chapter two: define the connotation of service outsourcing.At the same time, by summing up the characteristics of service outsourcing enterprises, mining the basic conditions of innovation of service outsourcing enterprises, from the perspective of knowledge management and value chain theory, the research object is locked in the software outsourcing enterprises.Chapter three: based on the theory of knowledge spiral, the concept, connotation and characteristics of redundant knowledge are defined, and the redundant knowledge is classified from the source of redundant knowledge.On the basis of analyzing the specific precipitation reasons of all kinds of redundant knowledge, the evolutionary model of redundant knowledge is established. Chapter four: through the exploratory factor analysis of the basic conditions of redundant knowledge reconfiguration,The theory model of redundant knowledge reconfiguration is established, and its component variables are deconstructed. Chapter 5: through determining the research method, selecting enterprise samples, designing questionnaire, analyzing the reliability and validity of questionnaire, establishing the structural equation model.The theoretical model of redundant knowledge reconfiguration is studied. Chapter 6: systematically summarizes the full text, extracts the innovation of the full text, and points out the future research direction on the basis of the existing research.The research in this paper is helpful to improve the understanding of the innovation dilemma of the service outsourcing enterprises, to help the enterprises find the key mechanism and the basic conditions needed to reconfigure the existing resources, and to expand the way of knowledge management in the service outsourcing enterprises.Increasing the maneuverability and effectiveness of resource allocation for Chinese service outsourcing enterprises is of great significance to help Chinese service outsourcing enterprises get rid of the existing dilemma of knowledge innovation.
