黑龙江装备制造业与生产性服务业互动发展模式研究

【摘要】：装备制造业是制造业的核心部分，它影响着一个国家的经济发展和国家安全，装备制造业作为国家的战略性和支柱性产业，其发展程度可以体现出一国的综合实力。随着社会分工的日益明显，工业企业将企业活动中的一部分业务进行外包，交给外部组织来完成，从而促进了生产性服务业的发展。在全球经济由“工业型”向“服务型”转变的背景下，装备制造业与生产性服务业出现了互动的现象，装备制造业的工艺复杂、产业链条长、关联性较强，在生产经营过程中需要生产性服务业为其提供中间服务，而生产性服务业的快速发展是以装备制造业的需求为基础的，两者是相互作用、共同发展的。本文在对国内外装备制造业与生产性服务业发展研究的基础上，结合社会分工理论、外包理论、价值链等理论，分析两个产业互动发展特征和过程，总结其互动发展的关键因素，并检验了各因素对黑龙江省装备制造业与生产性服务业互动发展的影响程度；对黑龙江省装备制造业价值链、产业链及发展趋势进行分析，并分析黑龙江省装备制造业与生产性服务业互动发展模式设计要素，设计出黑龙江省装备制造业与生产性服务业互动发展模式，包括价值链延伸式、价值链嵌入式和价值链重组式；提出了互动发展模式的选择方法，，并选择出黑龙江省典型装备制造业与生产性服务业互动模式；最后，提出了黑龙江省装备制造业与生产性服务业互动发展的实现机制。通过本文的研究，以期为黑龙江省装备制造业与生产性服务业的互动提供理论参考，加快两个产业的互动发展。
[Abstract]:The equipment manufacturing industry is the core part of the manufacturing industry, which affects the economic development and national security of a country. As a strategic and pillar industry of a country, the equipment manufacturing industry can reflect the comprehensive strength of a country.With the increasingly obvious division of labor in society, industrial enterprises outsource some of their business activities and hand them over to external organizations, thus promoting the development of producer services.Under the background of the global economy changing from "industrial type" to "service type", the equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry have appeared the phenomenon of interaction. The equipment manufacturing industry has complex technology, long industrial chain and strong correlation.In the process of production and operation, producer services are needed to provide intermediate services, while the rapid development of producer services is based on the demand of equipment manufacturing industry, and they interact with each other and develop together.Based on the research on the development of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the characteristics and process of the two industries' interactive development, combining with the theory of social division of labor, outsourcing theory, value chain and so on.This paper summarizes the key factors of its interactive development, tests the influence of each factor on the interactive development of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry in Heilongjiang Province, analyzes the value chain, industrial chain and development trend of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province.By analyzing the design elements of the interactive development model between equipment manufacturing and producer service in Heilongjiang Province, the interactive development model of equipment manufacturing and producer service in Heilongjiang Province is designed, including the extension of value chain.Value chain embedded and value chain reorganization; put forward the choice of interactive development model, and select the typical equipment manufacturing industry and producer services in Heilongjiang Province interactive mode; finally,The realization mechanism of the interactive development of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry in Heilongjiang Province is put forward.The purpose of this paper is to provide a theoretical reference for the interaction between the equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry in Heilongjiang Province and to speed up the interactive development of the two industries.
