美国生产性服务业发展的影响因素分析

【摘要】：20世纪60年代,各主要发达资本主义国家的经济重心开始转向服务业,世界经济呈现出从“工业化经济”向“服务化经济”转变的趋势。随着各国向服务经济的转型,服务业日益成为国民经济的主导产业,在国际产业“双转移”趋势的带动下,作为服务业精髓的生产性服务业的重要性日趋显著。美国作为世界上生产性服务业最为发达的国家,其生产性服务业对国民经济的促进作用也日益明显。据统计,截止到2012年美国的生产性服务业增加值约为6万亿美元,占美国服务业增加值70%以上,约为美国GDP的48%,俨然,生产性服务业已经成为美国的支柱产业。相比而言,我国的生产性服务业尚处于起步阶段,普遍存在生产效率低下、经营管理不善、政策倾斜失当等问题,服务业作为经济增长的新引擎,与制造业一起成为驱动现代产业发展的核心动力,我国生产性服务业自身存在的缺陷势必会影响现代产业竞争力的提升。因此,为了更好地促进我国生产性服务业的发展,推动现代产业向前发展,本文试图从制度和技术两个层面分析美国生产性服务业发展的影响因素,从影响因素的全面性、定量与定性分析相结合的角度进行创新。一方面,现有的文献大都侧重于对人力资本、制造业的中间需求等一或两方面影响因素的分析,而并没有对美国生产性服务业的影响因素进行全面的分析。本文重点分析人力资本、研发投入、人均GDP、城市化水平和生产性服务业FDI等五个方面的因素对美国生产性服务业的影响程度,涉及的影响因素更加全面。另一方面,已有文献对生产性服务业影响因素的分析多为定量分析或是定性分析,本文除了运用VAR模型对美国生产性服务业的影响因素进行定量分析之外,还对其影响因素进行了定性分析。本文在分析过程中采用定性分析和定量分析相结合、理论分析和实证分析相结合、静态和动态相结合的方法,并运用产业经济学、国际贸易学等相关理论对美国生产性服务业的影响因素进行多角度、深层次的分析,并以此基础,发现我国生产性服务业存在的问题。最后结合我国生产性服务业的实际发展情况和经济形势,提出有针对性的发展我国生产性服务业的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In the 1960s, the economic center of the major developed capitalist countries began to shift to the service industry, and the world economy showed a trend from "industrialized economy" to "service economy".With the transition of various countries to service economy, service industry has become the leading industry of national economy day by day. Driven by the trend of "double transfer" of international industry, producer service industry, which is the essence of service industry, is becoming more and more important.As the most developed country of producer services in the world, the producer services in the United States play an increasingly important role in promoting the national economy.According to statistics, up to 2012, the added value of producer services in the United States is about 6 trillion dollars, accounting for more than 70 percent of the added value of the service industry in the United States, which is about 48 percent of the GDP of the United States. Producer services have become the pillar industry of the United States.In contrast, the producer service industry in China is still in its infancy. There are many problems such as low production efficiency, poor management and improper policy. Service industry is the new engine of economic growth.Together with manufacturing industry, it becomes the core power to drive the development of modern industry, and the defects of producer service industry itself will inevitably affect the promotion of modern industrial competitiveness.Therefore, in order to better promote the development of producer services in China and promote the development of modern industries, this paper attempts to analyze the factors affecting the development of producer services in the United States from the two aspects of system and technology.Combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to innovate.On the one hand, most of the existing literature focuses on the human capital, manufacturing intermediate demand and other factors affecting factors, but not on the United States producer services factors.This paper focuses on the analysis of the human capital, R & D investment, GDP per capita, urbanization level and FDI of producer services, which affect the producer services in the United States, and the factors involved are more comprehensive.On the other hand, the analysis of the influential factors of producer services in the literature is either quantitative analysis or qualitative analysis. In addition to the use of VAR model to analyze the influencing factors of producer services in the United States, this paper makes a quantitative analysis.The influencing factors are also analyzed qualitatively.In this paper, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, static and dynamic analysis, and industrial economics are adopted in the process of analysis.Based on the deep analysis of the influencing factors of producer services in the United States, the problems of producer services in China are found out based on the theories of international trade and other related theories.Finally, according to the actual development and economic situation of producer services in China, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of producer services in China are put forward.
