基于生产性服务业集聚的中心城市等级划分及其空间溢出效应研究

【摘要】：生产性服务业的集聚发展通过形成规模经济、优化城市产业结构、引领城市科技创新等,有效推动了中心城市的经济发展,并促进了城市集聚扩散功能的发挥。研究表明,生产性服务业高度集聚已经成为全球中心城市的重要特征。为适应中心城市特征的变化,同时真实地反映出经济全球化时代专业化分工不断深化的规律性趋势,基于生产性服务业集聚水平对中心城市等级进行划分。在此基础上,运用空间计量模型和工具对不同等级中心城市的空间溢出效应进行了估算。实证研究结果表明,不同等级中心城市对本地区经济增长的影响遵循从全国性中心城市向地区性中心城市依次递减的规律;全国性中心城市对相邻地区的影响不显著,而对全国其他地区的平均影响显著为正;区域性中心城市和地区性中心城市也对其他地区经济增长表现出显著的正向影响。因此,通过推动生产性服务业集聚,进一步提升中心城市发展水平,将能够有效地推动全国范围内的经济发展。
[Abstract]:The agglomeration development of producer services promotes the economic development of central cities effectively and promotes the function of urban agglomeration and diffusion by forming economies of scale optimizing urban industrial structure and leading urban scientific and technological innovation.The research shows that producer service industry has become an important feature of global central cities.In order to adapt to the change of the characteristics of the central city and to reflect the trend of deepening specialization and division of labor in the era of economic globalization, this paper classifies the grade of the central city based on the concentration level of producer services.On this basis, the spatial spillover effects of different grade central cities are estimated by using spatial metrological models and tools.The empirical results show that the influence of central cities of different grades on local economic growth follows the law of decreasing from national central cities to regional central cities, while the influence of national central cities on neighboring regions is not significant.The average impact on other regions of the country is significantly positive, and the regional central cities and regional central cities also have a significant positive impact on the economic growth of other regions.Therefore, by promoting producer services agglomeration and further improving the development level of central cities, economic development in the whole country can be effectively promoted.
