【摘要】:经济型酒店作为酒店产业的一个重要组成部分,发挥着举足轻重的作用。经济型酒店更加贴近大众生活,不管是商务出行、旅游出行或是探亲访友,在住宿方面都离不开经济型酒店。经济型酒店在规模上发展迅猛,是顺应了市场的需要。酒店的经营成功是多方面综合体,天时地利人和都是重要因素。而在硬件方面日益同质化的经济型酒店,如何杀出重围独树一帜,服务方面会显得尤为重要。在物质并不匮乏的今天,消费者更多的希望得到精神满足。海尔作为国内外优质的家电品牌,首先就是以服务著称,并不是说谁的产品质量最好,消费者就去买谁的,其实消费者真正想买的就是一个放心,不必为今后可能出现的诸多问题烦恼。因此,经济型酒店的服务质量对于消费者的选择而言是非常重要的,基于此,本文从经济型酒店的服务创新出发,找到一个提升经济型酒店核心竞争力的方法。 本文通过定性分析,找到了影响经济型酒店服务创新的几个要素,并分别对各个要素进行对策分析。文章第一部分“绪论”从经济型酒店的服务和服务创新出发,提出研究的背景以及研究的理论意义和现实意义,对国内外服务创新的现有相关研究进行综述,并在此基础上,提出本文研究内容、创新点和研究方法。第二部分“经济型酒店服务现状与理论依据”首先对本文涉及的概念进行概述,然后分析服务创新面临的困难,并讲述服务创新的发展趋势及其特点,提出理论依据和现实依据。第三部分“7天连锁酒店服务现状分析与评价”结合7天连锁酒店的特点、存在问题和发展需要,借鉴国内外已有研究成果,进行分析与评价。第四部分“7天连锁酒店服务创新途径与对策”通过对现状的分析得出服务创新的途径与对策,力图完善7天连锁酒店的经营模式。第五部分“研究结论与展望”,概括本文研究的结论,并提出存在的问题和今后进一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:As an important part of hotel industry, economy hotel plays an important role.Economic hotels are more close to the public life, whether business travel, travel or visiting friends and relatives, in terms of accommodation can not be separated from the economy hotel.The economy hotel develops rapidly on the scale, has complied with the need of the market.The success of the hotel is a complex of many aspects, the right place and people are important factors.In the hardware increasingly homogenization of economic hotels, how to get out of a unique, service will be particularly important.In the material is not scarce today, consumers more hope to get spiritual satisfaction.Haier, as a high-quality home appliance brand at home and abroad, is known for its service first. It is not to say that whoever has the best product quality will buy it. In fact, what consumers really want to buy is a reassurance.Don't worry about the many problems that may arise in the future.Therefore, the service quality of economy hotel is very important for the choice of consumers. Based on this, this paper tries to find a way to improve the core competitiveness of economy hotel from the perspective of service innovation.Through qualitative analysis, this paper finds several factors that affect the service innovation of economical hotel, and analyzes the countermeasures of each factor.The first part of the article "introduction" from the economic hotel service and service innovation, put forward the background of the research and the theoretical and practical significance of the study, and domestic and foreign service innovation of the existing relevant research summarized, and on this basis,This paper puts forward the research content, innovation points and research methods.The second part, "the present situation and theoretical basis of economic hotel service", first summarizes the concept involved in this paper, then analyzes the difficulties faced by service innovation, and describes the development trend and characteristics of service innovation.Put forward the theoretical basis and practical basis.The third part, "Analysis and evaluation of 7-day chain hotel service", combines the characteristics, problems and development needs of 7-day chain hotel, and makes analysis and evaluation on the basis of the existing research results at home and abroad.The fourth part, "ways and countermeasures of service innovation of 7-day chain hotels", through the analysis of the present situation, obtains the ways and countermeasures of service innovation, and tries to perfect the management mode of 7-day chain hotels.The fifth part is "Research conclusion and Prospect", summarizes the conclusion of this paper, and puts forward the existing problems and the direction of further research.
